 The Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle.

 The relationship between Occupational Health & Safety and customer satisfaction.
 Commonly used Health & Safety terms and definitions and Management Principles as given
in ISO 45001.
 The process approach used in management system.
 The Model of a Process Based Management System, the structure and content of ISO
45001.

b) Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 45001, which may be gained by completing EG, certified ISO
45001 Foundation Training course or equivalent.

 Please note that registration for the above course is done purely on a first come first

the Cheque/ Draft will be returned/ refunded in Full.
