Mini Project Form

Fill this form in order to apply for a mini project, you should follow the following rules

1- Each group should consist of THREE TO FOUR students. No group with 5 students is
accepted, the excess student will be distributed to the other groups.
2- Two-student groups are accepted but not recommended.
3- Each group member should have his/her own responsibilities and duties within the group,
the students will be evaluated at the end of the semester based on their contribution in the
group

The following is the preferred projects and supervisors.

1- Each group may apply for up to three projects from the list of Projects/Supervisors. You
can apply for one specific project with one specific supervisor but with no previous
agreement from the supervisor and the committee there is no guarantee that you will get
that project.
2- If you have a specific idea for a project and you will to have one specific lecturer to
supervise you, you can apply for it after having an agreement from the supervisor so that
your project will be excluded from the list of projects.
3- The selection criteria will be the group average then the project preference. If two groups
applied for the same project the committee will select the group with the higher average.
If the averages were equal, the selection will be according to the prioritizing.
