comprises of a 32-storey tower block and 9-storey low rise

high-rise units and Block B consists of 43 low-rise units.

• Launched in 2011, Azelia Residence has a total Gross


Development Value (GDV) of RM 207 million and is 95%

• Ativo Suites is the third phase of the Damansara Avenue
masterplan development that was successfully launched in
March 2018.

• The unit size ranges from 500 sqft up to 1,500 sqft and its

• Upon completion of Ativo Suites, the new walkway linking the


Ativo Suites to Ativo Plaza which opens up convenient and
direct access to a variety of F&B outlets and commercial
services will further enhance the recurring income of the Group,
since all the F&B outlets and commercial services will be held
as investments properties of the Group on completion.

• As at to date, Ativo Suites has registered a very encouraging

• This development will have a proposed pedestrian link


bridge connecting to the Sri Damansara East MRT Station

meters long.

• Ativo Annexe is currently in the advanced stage of planning


and will be the next project to be rolled out in year 2020
under the revised Masterplan of Damansara Avenue. The
application of development order is scheduled for
submission by Q3 of 2019. It is expected to launch in Q2 or
Q3 of 2020 with an estimated GDV of RM 3 billion.
