 Preface
I start in the name of Allah the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is due
to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and may Allah protect the nation of Muhammad
and bless all the righteous slaves of Allah, and the Al and companions of
Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬and all those who followed their path until the Day of
Judgement.

This publication showcases some of the prominent activities executed by His

Eminence, Professor Sheikh Salim Alwan Al-Huseiniy, the Chairman of Darulfatwa
- the Islamic High Council of Australia, his board (Darulfatwa Aust.), and
representative imams, during the globally challenging year of 2020. This is the
year that tested innovative and visionary leadership. Flexibility, transformation,
and adaptation were key to social survival as the full embrace of technology
became the baton for today’s leaders. The challenge for Darulfatwa Aust.
was to keep its communities, both local and global, engaged, and abreast,
despite restrictions on, travel and congregations, necessary to curb the health
risks of COVID-19. Allowing no compromise to the credible teachings of Islam,
Darulfatwa Aust. accomplished its aims and delved into the world of new
technologies, allowing the virtual world to dictate a new age of social realities.

Darulfatwa Aust. persevered in executing its various activities and initiatives,

which are underpinned by intellect and knowledge, to maintain a growing level
of community self-betterment, patience, and cooperation. Its efforts continued
to present to the Muslim community in Australia the necessary support, sympathy
and resolve to crucial issues as they arose. Darulfatwa Aust. is renowned for
its stance, sponsoring and safeguarding the revival of Islamic events and
supporting its community, both the local and global. It stood alongside health
and educational institutions in Australia and abroad. It supported emerging
health rules and policies and facilitated educational programs and events to
increase an understanding of a new world. Darulfatwa Aust. remained a peak
body of Islamic reference and resource as it calls for adherence to the pure
religion of Islam, the religion of moderation and the middle-path.

Credit goes to the visionary Chairman of Darulfatwa Aust., His Eminence the
gracious and humble Professor, Sheikh Salim Alwan – who is from the noble
lineage of Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬through the route of imam Al-Husein - for his
wise leadership and tenacious efforts. He successfully guided the communities
and organization members on a path of cooperation and understanding during
trying times.
 Message from the Chairman

I start in the name of Allah, the One Who has no similar, Who is clear
of imperfection and is attributed with all proper perfection. May
Allah raise the rank of our beloved Prophet Muhammad and his
kind Al and companions and protect his nation from what he fears.

The year 2020 presented many challenges that the world had to
face. The impact of these challenges will have a long-term effect
on members of society. The lock-down policies of states, while
important to curb the spread of COVID-19, had repercussions
that lingered in all private and public sector activities as mosques,
prayer halls, and religious education centers closed their doors.
However, all this did not dissuade Darulfatwa Aust, its board and
representative imams and leaders, from convening alternative
ways to support the community and continue teaching people
the good. Whether it was issuing and disseminating statements
that urged compliance with the laws in each country, or the daily
lessons that were given on social media platforms that fostered
stability, we continued to exert every appropriate means to remain
instilling the voice of moderation advocated by our pure shari^ah
law and creed of Islam.

Darulfatwa Aust. held local, regional, and international virtual

conferences and seminars and persevered to uphold the annual
religious ceremonies on the Islamic calendar to continue amplifying
the name of Islam. We found it necessary to maintain our tradition
to unite communities and nations and to continue the dialogue of
benefit among all, through religious paradigms. In trying times, our
community proved resilient yet cooperative and understanding,
contributing to successful outcomes on many lifestyle changes.
These included, adapting to home online schooling, lockdowns,
and isolation, all of which aided in minimizing health risks. I give
recognition to the community for their outstanding cooperation.

sponsored, initiated, or participated in during the
year of 2020, guiding an engaged community
to a better future.
January 2020
Monday 6th
Professor Alwan with Azhari sheikhs meet with
the Egyptian Consul General, Yasser ^Abed
at the Egyptian Consulate in Sydney. During
the courteous visit, they discussed the Muslim
community in Australia and issues of youth
welfare.

Wednesday 8th
The Egyptian Ambassador Mahmoud Zayed
receives Professor Alwan and his league of
imams and sheikhs at the Egyptian Embassy
in Canberra, where they discuss matters of
concern to the Muslim community and the
means of relaying the true image and the
moderation of Islam.
February 2020

Wednesday 26th

The embassy of Kuwait and the embassy of

Brunei invite Professor Alwan and officials to
a special gathering at the Australian capital,
Canberra. Professor Alwan heads the delegation
of prominent sheikhs and administrative members
of Darulfatwa Aust. as they join other officials
including ambassadors and politicians.

Tuesday 17th

Compelled by the concerning hardships of the

pandemic, Darulfatwa Aust. took effective
measures to support the well-being of the
community. This included the drastic step to
temporarily suspend Friday congregational
prayers at the mosques. It also circulated
specific prayers and holy recitations that help
lift pandemics and protect people against
calamities, via press releases, virtual gatherings,
and on its website, and amplified them on
various social media platforms for wider
reach. Darulfatwa Aust. spread this awareness,
reminding people to resort to such prayers for
relief and assuring all that acting in accordance
with causes and effects does not contradict
relying on Allah.

Wednesday 1st April to Sunday 31st May
The spread of COVID-19 regulated a new way
of life that no-one could have anticipated. For
Darulfatwa Aust, it was a time calling on fast
adaptation of new technologies and finding
innovative ways to continue its purpose and
keep its community engaged. Health orders
prevented gatherings and congregations,
imposing new social challenges on unity and the
risk of community fragmentation. To ensure the
Muslim community remains abreast of its roots,
Darulfatwa Aust., headed by Professor Alwan,
held live religious sessions daily via Zoom. It
relayed religious topics that sparked intrigue and
interest. These included a weekly series on ‘The
Ten Who Received the Good-Tidings of Being in
Paradise’ and ‘The Wives of Prophet Muhammad
‫’ﷺ‬. Professor Alwan headed the panel of
scholars alongside imams, presenting in English
and Arabic.

May 2020
Friday 1st to Sunday 31st
Darulfatwa Aust. organized a fundraiser
and delivered food and drink parcels to
homes across Sydney in response to the
harsh economic times resulting from the
onset of COVID-19 in March 2020. The work
restrictions imposed on Sydney residents left
many jobless and others in social isolation.
Energetic young teams knocked on doors to
deliver parcels of goods to Muslims and non-
Muslims. The generous offerings included
Islamic publications to increase Islamic
awareness and understanding.
June 2020
Tuesday 2nd
Darulfatwa Aust. sponsored and supervised many
educational courses focusing on enhancing
the intellectual and moral aspects of Australian
Muslims of all demographics, ranging from
children to adults, both males and females. It
was also mindful of rewarding the students who
excelled in those religious courses, including
students of Al-Azhari Course in religious studies for
children aged 5-12 years.

Saturday 27th
Education in Islamic schools in non-Islamic
countries plays a major role in shaping and
raising generations of sound-minded people
who can reflect the true image of Islam
which, denounces all types of despicable
terrorism. With this thought, Darulfatwa
Aust. convened and sponsored the virtual
International Conference on the Challenges
of Education in Islamic Schools (Primary, High
School, and Tertiary institutes) hosting think-
tanks and education experts from around
the world.
June 2020

Monday 29th

Darulfatwa Aust. participated in the International

Conference on Peace Against Occupation,
summoned by Palestine’s judge of judges. This
came in the wake of horrific occupation. The
beloved city of Jerusalem and Palestine that falls
under the unjust occupation continues to hold a
great place in the hearts of the believers. Jerusalem
is a rose among cities and the Aqsa Mosque was
a destination of our Prophet Muhammad peace
be upon him. The call to end the occupation and
to give back the rights to whom they belong is
of the utmost priority. Professor Alwan delivered
a moving speech to this effect, which resonated
with the hundreds of participants online.

Women in Islam sustain an
integral role in strengthening
the pillars of society through the
sound structure of the family
unit, hence the importance of
holding a virtual conference
for Muslim women. The First
Conference for Muslim Women,
sponsored by The World
Muslim Communities Council
was endorsed by the vast
contribution of Darulfatwa
Aust. in addition to feminist
organizations and certain
key figures. The Conference
focused on discussing the role
of Muslim women in Muslim
communities during times of
hardship.

Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th
The circumstances of 2020
indeed prevented Professor
Alwan from his routine travel to
the countries of Asia and the
Middle East to give lectures
and observe the students’
readings of scholarly books in a
chain narration to the greatest
Prophet ‫ﷺ‬. To compensate,
Professor Alwan conducted
a series of virtual lectures via
Zoom to relay the book of
Nour As-Sirat (The Guidance
of the Straight Path) to sheikhs,
preachers, and students of
Shari^ah in Indonesia.

Professor Alwan participated
in the Virtual International
Conference on Tertiary
Education entitled: Challenges
Facing Higher Islamic
Education by the Onset of the
Corona Pandemic. His speech
identified and addressed some
of the challenges facing higher
education. The Conference
hosted a wide participation
of key global figures and was
sponsored by the World Muslim
Communities Council, Abu
Dhabi.

Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th
Professor Alwan presented
at the International Virtual
Conference titled: Emergency
Jurisprudence Post Coronavirus,
sponsored by the Muslim World
League and the United Arab
Emirates Council for Fatwa and
Sharia. The Conference, held
over two days, discussed the
provisions of the urgent legal
issues born from COVID-19.
It aimed to unify the efforts
of leading scholars, muftis,
senior scholars, and councils
of fiqh (jurisprudence) in the
Islamic world alongside Islamic
academics and intellectuals
globally.

Professor Alwan participated
in the Virtual International
Forum, sponsored by the Islamic
World Educational, Scientific
and Cultural Organization
(ISESCO), and the Islamic World
Association (IWA) and the World
Muslim Communities Council
(WMCC). The Forum presented
under the title: The Role of
Religious Leaders in the Face of
Crises.

Darulfatwa Aust. was a key collaborator in the 13th Virtual Annual Convention titled: Digital Resources for
Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Arabic Speakers, held and sponsored by the World Muslim Communities
Council (WMCC). The event was a collaborative effort of officials from various regions and countries and
was held on the 4th of Dhul-Hijjah 1441 AH. More than two hundred and forty-five (245) people attended the
Conference virtually including representatives from fifty (50) countries around the world.

Professor Alwan delivered a
speech calling for coexistence
between nations and citizens
at the Virtual International
Symposium entitled: The
Superior Aim of Peace in Islam,
held under the patronage of
the World Muslim Communities
Council (WMCC) with a wide
cohort of elites including
dignitaries, scholars, and
revered statesmen.

The Prophetic immigration (Hijra)
is a major part of Islamic history
and is deeply entrenched
in the hearts of Muslims. It is
aggrandized and is considered
a season to reflect on the
lessons and examples deduced
from the blessed immigration.
Darulfatwa Aust. had the honor
of holding, under its patronage,
a virtual international
symposium on the Prophetic
immigration, attended by a
great number of dignitaries,
statesmen, institutional officials,
and educators. Dr. Muhammad
Matar Al-Kaa^bi, the head of
the General Authority of Islamic
Affairs and Endowments,
delivered a word on the much-
loved topic.

Tuesday 25th
Dissertations of the Islamic
methodologies cover nearly all
aspects of life. They have always
addressed social affairs and
issues of ancient and modern
times. Herein lies the role of
scholars to shed light on what
should be adhered to in crises.
Professor Alwan collaborated
with a group of scholars from
various countries in a project
compiling a book to be entitled:
The Role of Religious Leaders in
the Face of Epidemics, Old and
New.

Ash-Sharif University, the League
of Muslim Universities, the
Department of Awqaf in Egypt,
and others, Darulfatwa Aust.
took part in the international
virtual conference sponsored by
the World Muslim Communities
Council and entitled: The Role
of Universities in Serving Society
and Establishing Values of
Intellect and Discipline.

Tuesday 15th
Given the constant need to
recall and urge adherence to
the teachings of the tolerant
religion of Islam - which calls
for moderation and, disowning
radicalism and carelessness
in religious matters - Professor
Alwan delivered a speech
on extremism and repulsive
terrorism, explaining how it
destroys societies and repels
people from the religion of Islam;
the religion which has always
denied all forms of violence. The
speech was published in various
media outlets on Tuesday 27th,
Muharram 1442.

Professor Alwan and members
of Darulfatwa Aust. participated
in the virtual seminar held under
the patronage of the World
Muslim Communities Council
entitled ‘The Role of Islamic
Leaders in The Face of the
Spread of Hate’, alongside
attendees from the Asia and
Pacific regions and non-regional
countries. In his message,
Professor Alwan discussed
the merits of moderation and
warned of the dangers of
islamophobia.

An elite group of Australian Muslim youth
representing Darulfatwa Aust. participated in
a virtual symposium held and sponsored by the
World Muslim Communities Council, entitled: The
Role of Youth in Promoting Community Peace.
The youth are pivotal in reinforcing peace by
integrating with the societies in which they
live and by reflecting the best image of their
upbringing. Thus, much attention was given to
hold conferences and symposiums that highlight
their crucial role. Participants included youth from
several countries of the Asia and Pacific regions
and others.

Darulfatwa Aust. participated in the Annual
International Conference on the Prophet’s
Biography’ by special invitation from the
Islamic Cultural Society of Mauritania.
Professor Alwan delivered a speech that
was broadcast live through social media
in which he stressed the importance of
heeding the morals and examples of the
Prophetic biography. He also noted the
merit of celebrating Al-Mawlid An-Nabawiy
As-Shareef and called for paying much
attention towards honoring it.

Following the tasteless and offensive images
published in the media against Prophet
Muhammad peace be upon him, Darulfatwa
Aust. and its member organizations including
educational institutions throughout Australia,
issued a press release announcing their
condemnation and denunciations of the
outbreak. Together they called for the immediate
cessation of such acts that promote negative
phenomena, to which some Muslim communities
are becoming prey.

Professor Alwan and Darulfatwa Aust.
representatives including its pool of imams
have throughout the year, engaged in
widespread dialogue with the media and
policy makers regarding the pandemic. The
priority aim was to discuss social solutions
to curtail its spread and keep society safe.
Among the events and dialogue was an
interview by the Egyptian newspaper Al-
Dustour in which Professor Alwan elaborated
on the important role of the press in assisting to
curb the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
He also elaborated on the current situation
of the Muslim community in Australia.

Wednesday 21st

Professor Alwan authored a book entitled: ‘Of the Sayings that Benefit the Dead Muslims’ and translated it
into Indonesian in collaboration with the North Sumatra Scholars Council and published it on Wednesday
21/10/2020. This initiative was in adherence to the tradition of the practicing scholars who preceded. They
did not settle for merely teaching and lecturing, but also had a keen interest in authoring, researching, and
verifying Islamic literature passed on as legacies for generations.

Professor Alwan received an invitation from the

Mawlay Idrees Institution for Religious and Historical
Studies to participate in the Faz International
Forum for the Noble Family of the Prophet
entitled: ‘The Forum of Honorable People’. Being
of the honorable lineage himself, Professor Alwan
presented a word elaborating on the honor and
merit of Ahlul-Bayt (lineage of the Prophet ‫)ﷺ‬.
This was one of many commemorative events
celebrating Al-Mawlid An-Nabawiyy Ash-Sharif
prevailing the Muslim countries.

Professor Alwan received an honorary invitation to
take part in the virtual international religious seminar
amplified on social media platforms and Zoom,
discussing Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬, his exemplary
manners, traits and character, hosted by the World
Muslim Communities Council. There is merit and
great reward in mentioning Allah’s greatest creation
– Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬, his ethics, mercifulness,
and generosity.

Friday 30th
It is a custom for Muslims in Australia and in
other Islamic, Arab, and western countries to
commemorate the anniversary of the birth of
Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, by
holding religious lessons, lectures, and chants
of praise. In Australia, Professor Alwan travels
the states, holding seminars and gatherings in
mosques across the nation, instilling the love
of Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬in the hearts of
young and old to foster solidarity, identity and
cement the approach of moderation set by
the Prophet ‫ﷺ‬.

Thursday 29th to Saturday 31st

Professor Alwan attended the 15th World Forum of Sufism entitled: ‘Sufism and Crisis Management, the Spiritual
and Ethical Role in Successful Judgement’ which, was held in the Kingdom of Morocco to commemorate
the anniversary of the Prophet’s Birth, peace be upon him. It was sponsored by the Institution of Al-Multaqa
and At-Tariqa Al-Qadiriyya Al-Boudshishiyya in partnership with the Euro-Mediterranean Center for Studying
Islam. In the honorary opening speech, Professor Alwan launched the three-day virtual event that hosted
elite researchers and academics from Muslim Arab, African, and western countries.

Sunday 1st

Darulfatwa Aust. unfolded a four-week campaign

on social media promoting the 2020 Mawlid
slogan: ‘Help Us, O Messenger of Allah’, in the
lead up to the virtual international convention
on the occasion. The Mawlid convention
hosted a diverse pool of preachers, sheikhs, and
representatives of political and educational
institutions as well as diplomats and government
officials among community members. Social
media platforms and the virtual world became
the alternative venues for Darulfatwa Aust. in
its efforts to continue aggrandizing the Mawlid
celebration amidst COVID-19 health restrictions
and the city lockdowns of 2020. The restrictions
meant Australia’s biggest annual Mawlid Concert,
hosted under the patronage of Darulfatwa Aust.
at Sydney’s Homebush Stadium could not take
place. The virtual Mawlid convention was the
alternative and a consolation for the thousands
of Muslims who usually attend the Concert every
year from across Australia and the world.

Monday 2nd
Professor Alwan participated in the virtual
international conference initiated by the Islamic
Centre in Toyama, Japan and held in partnership
with the World Muslim Communities Council,
entitled: ‘Peace and Human Coexistence’.
Professor Alwan spoke on how the middle path
and moderation is among the fundamentals of
Islamic belief, worship, behaviour with others,
ethics, and manners.

Sunday 8th to Tuesday 10th
Professor Alwan took part in the scientific
course entitled: ‘The Islamic Fatwa
Regarding the Difference Between Theory
and Practice’, organized by the Russian
Islamic University in Kazan city - Tatarstan
Republic, and held over three nights. This
was among many other virtual scientific
forums and courses organized by universities
in which Professor Alwan participated.

Saturday 14th

In honor of the grand annual Mawlid season,

Darulfatwa Aust. was patron of the virtuous
and blessed event: The Honorable Relics Photo
Exhibition, which displayed some of the grand
Prophetic Relics. The noble event hosted a group
of politicians, diplomats and a large crowd
of Muslims. In recognition of the noble event,
Mrs. Tania Mihailuk presented Professor Alwan
as Chairman of Darulfatwa Aust., a letter of
appreciation and congratulations for the leading
role the Organization and its Chairman play in
serving the Muslim community of Australia.

conference entitled: ‘The Role of Islamic
Law in Religious Fundamentals and Political
Recruitment’, organized and sponsored by the
World Muslim Communities Council.

Monday 7th to Wednesday 9th
Professor Alwan responded to an invitation
to take part in the 7th international forum
held under the patronage of the Forum for
Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies. The
three-days forum hosted a large cohort of
statesmen, and political and diplomatic
figures among other highly ranked officials.

Thursday 10th Thursday 17th

Professor Alwan was among the VIPs who took
part in the International Conference of Muftis in
Russia.
Professor Alwan participated in the
celebration of the International Day
of Arabic Language entitled: ‘Arabic
Language in English Speaking Countries’,
by invitation from the Madinu Saquafathil
Islamiyyah University in Kerala, India. In
his speech, Professor Alwan praised the
efforts of the professors and lecturers at the
University, which is one of the most prominent
educational institutes teaching more than
twenty-five thousand (25,000) students both
male and female, distributed among forty-
two (42) campuses.

 A Final Focus
In concluding the summary of main events, it is important
to recall that our gracious religion has great regard to
knowledge, learning, and teaching. Consequently,
it instructs for knowledge to be acquired verbally by
a chain of ascription from trustworthy teachers and
scholars and be applied accordingly. Such a pathway
shall lead one to high levels. From this basis we realize
Professor Alwan pursues the acquisition of the knowledge
of Islam, applies it, and uses it as a weapon to fight
ignorance and all forms of despicable extremism.
Throughout 2020, Professor Alwan zealously indulged in
hosting scientific religious assemblies, using social media
platforms as the vehicle to deliver the pure knowledge
and to recite concise texts (mutun) and Hadith books
with an unbroken golden chain of narrators to the master
of all creations, Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬. Simultaneous
with the announcement of the first social restrictions in
2020, Professor Alwan ardently adopted technology as
the space of freedom; holding numerous virtual religious
assemblies and sessions, daily, weekly, monthly, one
after the other, effortlessly. He catered for the needs
of thousands of students, sheikhs, preachers, university
lecturers and professors around the world (according
to social media analytics). Below is but a humble list of
those activities.
•Reading the book Al-Awa’el As-Sunbuliyyah by the
knowledgeable imam Sheikh Muhammad Sa^eed
Sunbul Al-Makkiy, over three daily assemblies. It began
on 28/03/2020 and concluded with a fourth assembly.
The book was read in whole before certificates and
permissions were granted to eligible attending students
on 26/05/2020.
•Reading and explaining the chapter Al-^ilm
(Knowledge) of Sahih Al-Bukhari may Allah have

mercy upon him. It was read over ten (10) assemblies,
beginning on 07/04/2020. It concluded with a reading of
the whole chapter in one assembly before certificates
and permissions were granted on 27/06/2020.
•Reading and explaining the chapter of Al-Iman (Faith)
of Sahih Al-Bukhari may Allah have mercy upon him.
The reading was concluded over six (6) assemblies,
beginning on 30/05/2020. It concluded with a seventh
and final assembly on 30/06/2020, during which the
whole chapter was read in one sitting. Then certificates
and permissions were granted to eligible attendees.
•Reading Mukhtasar Al-Bukhari (Brief of Al-Bukhari) by
Ibn Abi Jamrah may Allah have mercy upon him, over
twenty-one (21) assemblies. It began on 04/07/2020.
The whole book was read again in two sittings, on
10/10/2020 and then on 28/11/2020. Certificates and
permissions were then granted to the eligible students.
•Reading Ar-Rawa’eh Az-Zakiyyah Fi Mawlid Khayriul
Bariyyah which coincided with Muslims awaiting the
occasion of commemorating the birth of the Prophet ‫ﷺ‬.
The reading was concluded over three (3) assemblies,
beginning on 29/09/2020.
•Reading Ash-Shama’el Al-Muhammadiyyah (The Traits
of Muhammad ‫)ﷺ‬, over ten (10) sittings from 20/10/2020
to 12/12/2020, after which certificates and permissions
were granted to eligible students.
These mentioned activities were conducted alongside
holding lectures, organizing courses, and other books
of Islamic heritage, daily on available digital platforms.
May Allah grant us the knowledge, the proper

‫• قــراءة ورشح كتــاب اإلميــان مــن صحيــح اإلمــام البخــاري‬ ‫ويف ختــام هــذه التغطيــة اإلعالميــة‪ ،‬مــن املهــم أن نذكــر أن ديننــا‬
‫رحمــه اللــه‪ ،‬حيــث كان قــد قــرئ يف ســتة مجالــس أولهــا كان‬ ‫الحنيــف أَوىل اهتاممــا كبـرا بالعلــم والتعلــم والتعليــم‪ ،‬وقــد ُخــص‬

‫حيــث اســتمر قــراءة الكتــاب إلحــدى وعرشيــن مجلســا كان‬ ‫متخــذا مــن منصــات التواصــل االجتامعــي وســيلة لنــر العلــم‬
‫أولــه بتاريــخ ‪ ،2020/07/04‬تــا ذلــك قــراءة مباركــة لكامــل‬ ‫الصــايف وقـراءة املتــون وكتــب الحديــث النبــوي الرشيــف بالســند‬
‫الكتــاب عــر جلســتني األوىل بتاريــخ ‪ ،2020/10/10‬والجلســة‬ ‫الذهبــي املتصــل إىل ســيد الخلــق محمــد صــى اللــه عليــه وســلم‬
‫الثانيــة بتاريــخ ‪ 2020/11/28‬وبهــا تــم إعطــاء اإلجــازة والســند‬ ‫فكانــت البدايــة يف أول بــزوغ الســنة حيــث توالت املجالــس الدينية‬
‫إىل مؤلفــه رحمــه اللــه‪.‬‬ ‫املباركــة والتــي ارتــوى مــن معينهــا اآلالف مــن طلبــة العلــم مــن‬
‫املشــايخ والدعــاة وأســاتذة الجامعــات حــول العــامل وذلــك بحســب‬
‫• قــراءة كتــاب الروائــح الزكيــة يف مولــد خــر الربيــة لإلمــام‬ ‫اإلحصائيــات الــواردة مــن منصــات التواصــل االجتامعــي ‪.‬‬
‫املحــدث الشــيخ عبــد اللــه بــن محمــد الهــرري‪ ،‬والــذي رافــق‬
‫قراءتــه ترقــب املســلمني ذكــرى املولــد النبــوي الرشيــف وقــد‬ ‫• ق ـراءة كتــاب األوائــل الســنبلية لإلمــام الفقيــه املســند الشــيخ‬

‫• قــراءة كتــاب الشــائل املحمديــة لإلمــام الرتمــذي‪ ،‬حيــث‬ ‫كانــت جلســة رابعــة قــرئ فيهــا الكتــاب كامــا وتقديــم اإلجــازة‬
‫خصــص لــه عــرة مجالس متتاليــة بــدأت بتاريــخ ‪،2020/10/20‬‬ ‫والســند بتاريــخ ‪.2020/05/26‬‬
‫ثــم تــم االنتهــاء مــن قراءتــه بتاريــخ ‪ 2020/12/12‬ليتــم بعــد‬

‫احتفاليــة اليــوم العاملــي للغــة العربيــة تحــت عنــوان‬
‫اللغــة العربيــة يف البــاد اإلنجليزيــة‪ ،‬حيــث تكلــم فضيلتــه‬
‫عــن الحاجــة املاســة للتمســك بلغتنــا األم العربيــة وأهميــة‬
‫اإلعتنــاء بتعلمهــا وتعليمهــا ‪ ،‬كــا أشــاد بجهــود القيمــن‬
‫مــن أســاتذة ومحارضيــن يف جامعــة معــدن الثقافــة‬
‫اإلســامية والتــي تعتــر مــن إحــدى أبــرز الجامعــات يف‬
‫الهنــد‪ ،‬إذ يــدرس بهــا أكــر مــن ‪ 25000‬طالــب وطالبــة‬

‫الرشيفــة‪ ،‬حيــث حــره مجموعة مــن السياســيني والدبلوماســيني‬
‫وحشــد كبــر مــن أبنــاء الجاليــة املســلمة‪ ،‬كــا تســلم ســاحة‬
‫األمــن العــام لــدار الفتــوى بهــذه املناســبة املباركــة رســالة تقديــر‬
‫وامتنــان مــن النائــب تانيــا ميهالــك العضــوة يف برملــان نيو ســاوث‬
‫ويلــز عــى الــدور الريــادي الــذي تقــوم بــه دار الفتــوى وأمينهــا‬
‫العــام يف خدمــة الجاليــة املســلمة يف أس ـراليا‪.‬‬

‫املولــد النبــوي الرشيــف والتــي حالــت األوضــاع الصحيــة يف‬
‫هــذه الســنة مــن اجتــاع اآلالف يف أكــر تجمــع إســامي تشــهده‬
‫أســراليا برعايــة دار الفتــوى لالحتفــال بذكــرى والدتــه عليــه‬
‫الصــاة والســام‪ ،‬لــذا كان مــن املهــم عقــد لقــاء دويل مبناســبة‬
‫املولــد النبــوي حيــث حظــي اللقــاء مبشــاركة واســعة مــن الدعــاة‬
‫واملشــايخ وممثلــن عــن الجمعيــات واملؤسســات السياســية و‬
‫الرتبويــة والتعليميــة ومســاهمة كوكبــة مــن الســلك الدبلومــايس‪.‬‬

‫إدريــس للدراســات الرشعيــة والتاريخيــة إىل فضيلــة األســتاذ‬
‫الدكتــور ســليم علــوان للمشــاركة يف ملتقــى فــاس الــدويل يف‬
‫املغــرب العــريب آلل البيــت النبــوي الرشيــف “ ملتقــى األرشاف”‬
‫حيــث كانــت كلمــة األمــن العــام يف امللتقــى موضحــا عــى رشف‬
‫ومقــام أهــل البيــت الك ـرام‪.‬‬

‫والتحقيــق والتدقيــق‪ ،‬وإصــدار كتــب تبقــى مرياثــا لألجيــال الالحقــة‪ ،‬يف هــذا العــام تــم ترجمــة وإصــدار احــدى مؤلفــات فضيلــة أ‪.‬د‪ .‬الشــيخ‬
‫ســليم علــوان وهــو كتــاب “القــول املبــن فيــا ينفــع أمــوات املســلمني” إىل اللغــة األندونيســية بالتعــاون مــع مجلــس علــاء ســومطرة‬
‫الشــالية يف أندنوســيا‪.‬‬

‫الفتــوى يف ظــل أزمــة انتشــار األمــراض‪ ،‬والتحــدث عــن‬
‫أوضــاع الجاليــة املســلمة يف أســراليا‪.‬‬

‫قبــل بعــض املتطرفــن‪ ،‬كان لــدار الفتــوى يف أسـراليا ومــا متثلــه من‬
‫مؤسســات تربويــة وتعليميــة حــول أسـراليا وقفــة وبيــان شــجب‬
‫واســتنكار عــر وســائل اإلعــام داعيــة فيهــا إىل التوقــف فــورا عــن‬
‫مثــل تلــك األفعــال املســتنكرة واملســتهجنة التــي مــن شــأنها أن‬
‫تنمــي الظواهــر الســلبية التــي يعــاين منهــا بعــض املجتمعــات‪.‬‬

‫وبعــض املؤسســات اإلعالميــة ورعايــة املجلــس العاملــي‬ ‫املؤسســات الرتبويــة والتعليميــة وأســاتذة املــدارس كامللتقــى‬
‫للمجتمعــات املســلمة تــم عقــد النــدوة الدوليــة االفرتاضية‬ ‫العلمــي الــدوري‪ ،‬حيــث يتنــاول إقـراء الكتــب العلميــة بالســند‬
‫حــول دور املؤسســات اإلســامية يف تحقيــق الســام‬ ‫املتصــل‪ ،‬ويف هــذه الســنة كان اللقــاء عــر برنامــج الــزووم‪ ،‬حيــث‬
‫الروحــي‪.‬‬ ‫تنــاول اللقــاء ق ـراءة ورشح قصيــدة الــردة الرشيفــة بالســند إىل‬
‫مؤلفهــا الشــيخ محمــد بــن ســعيد البوصــري‪ ،‬باللغتــن العربيــة‬
‫واإلنكليزيــة كــا تطــرق املشــايخ حــول معانيهــا الجليلــة وأثرهــا‬
‫يف نفــوس املســلمني‪.‬‬

‫تــم بــث كلمــة األســتاذ الدكتــور ســليم علــوان عــى الهــواء‬ ‫االندمــاج باملجتمــع الــذي يعيشــون فيــه وتقديــم أفضــل الصــور‬
‫عــر برامــج ووســائل التواصــل االجتامعــي بــن مــن خاللهــا‬ ‫التــي نشــأوا عليهــا‪ ،‬مــن هنــا كان االهتــام بعقــد املؤمتــرات‬
‫عــى أهميــة االســتفادة مــن الــدروس والعــر يف الســرة‬ ‫والنــدوات التــي تبــن هــذا الــدور‪ ،‬وقــد تــم انعقــاد النــدوة‬
‫النبويــة الرشيفــة‪ ،‬كــا نــوه عــن فضــل االحتفــال بذكــرى‬ ‫الدوليــة االفرتاضيــة بعنــوان دور الشــباب يف تعزيــز الســلم‬
‫املولــد النبــوي الرشيــف ودعــا إىل االعتنــاء بــه‪.‬‬ ‫املجتمعــي برعايــة املجلــس العاملــي للمجتمعــات املســلمة‪،‬‬
‫حيــث شــارك فيهــا الشــباب مــن عــدة دول إقليميــة ودوليــة‬
‫حيــث شــاركت دار الفتــوى بتلــك النــدوة مــن خــال نخبــة مــن‬
‫قــادة الشــباب املســلم األســرايل‪.‬‬

‫القيــادات اإلســامية يف مواجهــة تفــي‬ ‫كان لفضيلــة أ‪.‬د‪ .‬الشــيخ ســليم علــوان‬
‫ظاهــرة الكراهيــة حيــث شــاركت دار‬ ‫الحســيني كلمــة حــول التطــرف واإلرهــاب‬
‫الفتــوى يف النــدوة محــذرة خطــورة تنامــي‬ ‫البغيــض الــذي يفتــك باملجتمعــات ويــ َنفّر‬

‫الفتــوى يف مــروع الكتــاب الجامعــي‬

‫يتــم االحتفــال بهــا وجعلها موســا للتذكري‬

‫الهجــرة املباركــة‪ ،‬مــن هنــا كان لــدار‬
‫الفتــوى الــرف يف الدعــوة إىل تنظيــم‬
‫ورعايــة نــدوة دوليــة افرتاضيــة حــول‬
‫الهجــرة النبويــة الرشيفــة شــارك بهــا جمع‬
‫كبــر مــن أصحــاب الســعادة والفضيلــة‬
‫ومــدراء املؤسســات التعليميــة والرتبويــة‬
‫حــول العــامل‪ ،‬وألقــى فيهــا الدكتــور محمــد‬
‫مطــر الكعبــي رئيــس الهيئــة العامــة‬

‫فضيلــة األمــن العــام لــدار الفتــوى مؤكــدا‬
‫عــى الدعــوة إلعــاء مبــدأ التعايــش‬

‫برعايــة املجلــس العاملــي للمجتمعــات املســلمة يف أبــو ظبــي‪ ،‬ومبشــاركة واســعة مــن عــدة دول إقليميــة ودوليــة‪ ،‬ومنهــم دار الفتــوى‬
‫األس ـرالية‪ ،‬كان قــد عقــد املؤمتــر الســنوي االف ـرايض الثالــث عــر تحــت عنــوان “ املصــادر الرقميــة يف تعليــم اللغــة العربيــة للناطقــن‬
‫بغريهــا “‪ ،‬وذلــك يــوم الســبت ‪ 04‬ذو الحجــة ‪ 1441‬بحضــور أكــر مــن (‪ )245‬مشــارك و مشــاركة‪ ،‬ممثلــن عــن (‪ )50‬دولــة مــن حــول‬
‫العــامل‪.‬‬

‫األمــن العــام لــدار الفتــوى األســرالية‬
‫مشــاركة يف هــذا املؤمتــر‪.‬‬

‫إقامــة املؤمتــر العاملــي تحــت إســم (فقــه‬
‫الطــوارئ) والــذي بحــث يف موضــوع معامل‬
‫فقــه مــا بعــد جائحــة فــروس كورونــا‬
‫املســتجد حيــث شــاركت دار الفتــوى يف‬
‫أســرالية بشــخص أمينهــا العــام يف ذلــك‬
‫املؤمتــر‪.‬‬

‫األمــن العــام لــدار الفتــوى يف أس ـراليا أ‪.‬د‬

‫مــن خاللهــا بعــض التحديــات التــي تواجــه‬
‫التعليــم العــايل‪ ،‬كــا كانــت املشــاركات‬
‫واســعة مــن أصحــاب الشــأن برعايــة‬

‫دون ســفر فضيلــة الشــيخ األســتاذ الدكتــور‬ ‫الحنيــف يف توطيــد وترســيخ دعائــم‬
‫ســليم علــوان إىل بعــض الــدول اإلقليميــة‬ ‫املجتمــع مــن خــال األرسة وبنائهــا‬
‫حيــث جــرت العــادة‪ ،‬إلعطــاء بعــض‬ ‫املتامســك‪ ،‬لــذا كان مــن األهميــة أن يتــم‬
‫املحــارضات النافعــة وإقـراء كتــب العلــاء‬ ‫عقــد املؤمتــر االفــرايض األول للنســاء‬
‫بالســند املتصــل‪ ،‬لــذا أقيمــت سلســلة‬ ‫املســلامت والــذي أقيــم برعايــة املجلــس‬
‫محــارضات عــر برنامــج الــزووم لتلقــي‬ ‫العاملــي للمجتمعــات املســلمة يف أبــو‬
‫كتــاب نــور الــراط املســتقيم الهــادي‬ ‫ظبــي‪ ،‬ومشــاركة واســعة مــن دار الفتــوى‬
‫إىل الطريــق القويــم‪ ،‬للمشــايخ والدعــاة‬ ‫يف أســراليا باإلضافــة إىل الجمعيــات‬
‫وطــاب الرشيعــة يف أندنوســيا‪.‬‬ ‫النســوية وبعــض الشــخصيات البــارزة‬
‫يف املجتمــع‪ ،‬حيــث ناقــش دور املــرأة‬
‫املســلمة يف املجتمعــات املســلمة وقــت‬
‫األزمــات‪.‬‬
‫برعايــة طيبــة مــن دار الفتــوى يف‬
‫أســراليا تــم عقــد املؤمتــر االفــرايض‬
‫عــر برنامــج الــزووم حيــث شــارك‬
‫العديــد مــن الشــخصيات البــارزة‬
‫وبعــض السياســيني يف واليــة فيكتوريــا‬
‫يف أســراليا‪ ،‬وذلــك للتأكيــد عــى‬
‫التعــاون عــى مكافحــة فــروس‬
‫كورونــا‪ ،‬ونــر التوعيــة والحاميــة‬
‫الصحيــة يف املجتمــع بنــاء عــى‬
‫إرشــادات وتوجيهــات وزارة الصحــة‬
‫األســرالية‪.‬‬

‫طاملــا كانــت ملدينــة القــدس ولفلســطني الحبيبــة والتــي تــرزح‬

‫تحــت االحتــال الجائــر يف نفــوس املؤمنــن مكانــة عظيمــة‬
‫فمدينــة القــدس زهــرة املدائــن واملســجد األقــى هــو مــرى‬
‫نبينــا محمــد صــى اللــه عليــه وســلم‪ ،‬والدعــوة إلنهــاء االحتــال‬
‫ورد الحقــوق ألصحابهــا مــن أوىل األمــور التــي ال بــد مــن‬
‫االهتــام بهــا‪ ،‬فكانــت املشــاركة يف املؤمتــر الــدويل حــول الســام‬
‫ضــد االحتــال الــذي دعــا إليــه قــايض قضــاة فلســطني‪ ،‬حيــث كان‬
‫لصاحــب فضيلــة األمــن العــام لــدار الفتــوى كلمــة بهــذا الشــأن‪.‬‬

‫للتعليــم يف املــدارس اإلســامية يف بــاد االغـراب دور رئيــس‬
‫يف صقــل وتربيــة األجيــال عــى األســس الســليمة التــي فيها‬
‫إظهــار صــورة اإلســام الــذي يتــرء مــن كل أشــكال اإلرهاب‬
‫البغيــض‪ ،‬مــن هنــا كان إنعقــاد املؤمتــر الــدويل برعايــة‬
‫دار الفتــوى األســرالية واملجلــس العاملــي للمجتمعــات‬
‫املســلمة الــذي ناقــش التحديــات التــي تواجــه التعليــم يف‬
‫املــدارس اإلســامية (االبتدائيــة‪ ،‬اإلعداديــة والثانويــة) بعــد‬
‫أزمــة كورونــا‪.‬‬

‫والتــي تركــز عــى تقويــة الجانــب العلمــي وال ُخلقــي لجميــع‬
‫فئــات املجتمــع مــن األطفــال والشــباب إىل كبــار الســن‪ ،‬كــا‬
‫أولــت اهتاممــا كبـرا بتكريــم املتفوقــن يف تلــك الــدوراة الدينيــة‪،‬‬
‫مــن هنــا كان تكريــم الطــاب املتفوقــن يف الــدورة األزهريــة‬
‫الدوريــة لألطفــال‪.‬‬

‫خيمــت ظــال األزمــة الناتجــة عــن تفــي فــروس كورونــا‬ ‫أدى توســع رقعــة اإلصابــات بفــروس كورونــا إىل االتجــاه‬
‫وقيــود اإلغــاق الســارية مــن قبــل الســلطات الصحيــة يف‬ ‫الســتعامل طــرق بديلــة أكــر تطــورا للتواصــل‪ ،‬مل تكن مســتخدمة‬
‫البــاد مــا أســفر عــن انحســار كبــر يف األعــال التجاريــة‬ ‫يف الســابق‪ .‬وقــد كانــت دار الفتــوى ســباقة بالتكيــف الرسيــع مع‬
‫واملهنيــة‪ ،‬فأجــر العديــد مــن العــال عــى تــرك أعاملهــم‬ ‫الظــروف الجديــدة املحيطــة وذلــك لتوطيــد أوارص التواصــل بــن‬
‫مــا أثــر ســلبا عــى الحالــة املعيشــية ألفـراد املجتمــع‪ ،‬كــا‬ ‫أبنــاء الجاليــات املســلمة وذلــك مــن خــال زيــادة الوعــي والحث‬
‫ســببت يف عزلــة اجتامعيــة غــر مســبوقة‪.‬‬ ‫عــى االلت ـزام باإلرشــادات والنصائــح الصحيــة الســارية‪.‬‬
‫وعليــه كانــت لــدار الفتــوى بتوجيهــات أمينهــا العــام لفتــة‬ ‫وبهــذه الظــروف متكنــت دار الفتــوى مــن بنــاء جســور التواصــل‬
‫كرميــة طيبــة‪ ،‬حيــث قامــت مجموعــات شــبابية تابعــة‬ ‫ليــس فقــط محليــا وإمنــا عــرت الحــدود لتشــمل الــدول اإلقليمية‬
‫لــدار الفتــوى بالتعــاون مــع بعــض الجهــات املانحــة بتوزيع‬ ‫والدوليــة مــن خــال بــث سلســلة متتاليــة مــن الــدروس الدينيــة‬
‫بعــض املــؤن الغذائيــة للعائــات املتــررة بســبب اإلغــاق‪،‬‬ ‫والفتــاوى الرشعيــة والقصــص اإلســامية التــي تتحــدث عــن أعــام‬
‫كــا وزعــت املنشــورات والكتــب اإلســامية التــي تعــزز‬ ‫األمــة مــن الرجــال والنســاء‪ .‬فمــن ســر الخلفــاء الراشــدين إىل‬
‫الوعــي وتحــث عــى الصــر يف هــذه األوقــات الصعبــة‪.‬‬ ‫العــرة املبرشيــن يف الجنــة إىل أمهــات املؤمنــن رضــوان اللــه‬
‫تعــاىل عليهــم‪ .‬وقــد اســتخدمت دار الفتــوى وســائل التواصــل‬
‫االجتامعــي املشــهورة لتمكــن املتابعــن يف أي بلــد يف العــامل‬
‫مــن الوصــول إىل املصــادر التــي ينشــدونها عــر برنامــج الــزووم‪،‬‬
‫والفيســبوك‪ ،‬واليوتيــوب وغريهــا‪ .‬كــا كان البــث باللغتــن العربية‬
‫واإلنكليزيــة بالتعــاون مــع نخبــة مــن املشــايخ واألمئــة‪.‬‬

‫النافعــة واألوراد املتبعــة يف وقــت الشــدائد دور كبــر يف رفــع‬
‫البــاء واألمـراض عــن األمــة‪ ،‬لــذا كان لــدار الفتــوى دور مميــز يف‬
‫التذكــر بهــا والحــث عــى العمــل بهــا يف كل حــن‪ ،‬مــع التأكيــد‬
‫عــى أن األخــذ باألســباب ال ينــايف التــوكل عــى اللــه‪ ،‬فكانــت‬
‫األدعيــة واألوراد النافعــة يف االحـراز مــن األمـراض واألوبئــة مــن‬
‫بعــض إصــدارات دار الفتــوى‪.‬‬

‫الشــيخ ســليم علــوان وفــدا رفيــع املســتوى مــن املشــايخ والدعــاة‬
‫واإلداريــن يف املجلــس اإلســامي األعــى يف أسـراليا‪ ،‬حيــث كانــت‬
‫الفرصــة لعقــد عــدة لقــاءات أخويــة وديــة مــع بعــض أصحــاب‬
‫الســعادة الســفراء والسياســيني يف العاصمــة األس ـرالية كانب ـرا‪.‬‬

‫الحم ـ ُد للــه ُمك ـ ِّونِ األكــوان‪ ،‬املوجــو ِد أز ًاًل وأب ـ ًدا بــا َمــكان‪ ،‬امل َن ـ َّز ِه عــنِ األيــنِ‬
‫والصــور ِة والهيئَ ـ ِة واأل ْع َضــا ِء واألَركان‪ ،‬والصــا ُة والســام عــى ســيدنا‬ ‫والشَّ ـكْلِ ُّ‬

‫صا َحــب العــام ‪ 2020‬الكثــر مــن التحديــات التــي كابدهــا العــامل‪ ،‬وكان لهــا‬
‫اآلثــار التــي ألقــت بظاللهــا عــى جميــع أفــراد املجتمــع‪ ،‬بســبب سياســات‬
‫اإلغــاق التــي اتبعتهــا الــدول‪ ،‬وعــى الرغــم مــن أهميتهــا يف كبــح انتشــار ذلــك‬
‫الفــروس‪ ،‬إال أن تداعياتهــا مــا زالــت تخيــم عــى جميــع أنشــطة القطاعــات‬
‫الخاصــة والعامــة‪ ،‬حيــث تــم إغــاق املســاجد واملصليــات ومراكــز التعليــم‬
‫الدينــي‪.‬‬

‫إال أن كل ذلــك مل يــن دار الفتــوى ومــا متثلــه مــن مجلــس إدارة ومشــايخ ودعاة‬
‫مــن اتبــاع الطــرق البديلــة لتعليــم النــاس الخــر‪ ،‬كاســتصدار ونــر للبيانــات‬
‫التــي تحــث عــى االلت ـزام بالقوانــن املرعيــة يف كل بلــد‪ ،‬والــدروس اليوميــة‬
‫التــي اتخــذت مــن منصــات التواصــل االجتامعــي وســيلة لبــث صــوت االعتــدال‬
‫والوســطية الــذي ينــادي بــه رشعنــا الحنيــف‪ ،‬وعقــد املؤمتــرات والنــدوات‬
‫االفرتاضيــة املحليــة واإلقليميــة وحتــى الدوليــة‪ ،‬كــا حرصــت دار الفتــوى عــى‬
‫االهتــام باملناســبات الدينيــة الســنوية لتحتفــل بهــا متمســكة بذلــك ملــا ســبق‬
‫مــن التأكيــد عــى التواصــل ونفــع املجتمــع مــن خــال التوجيــه الدينــي‪.‬‬

‫بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم‬
‫الحمـــد للـــه رب العاملني‪ ،‬وصىل الله وســـلم وبـــارك عىل ســـيدنا محمد خري خلق اللـــه أجمعني‪،‬‬
‫وعـــى ءاله الطيبـــن الطاهرين‪ ،‬وأصحابـــه امليامني‪ ،‬ومن ســـار عىل نهجهم إىل يـــوم الدين‪.‬‬
‫أمـــا بعد يســـعدنا أن نضع بـــن أيديكم هـــذا التقرير الذي يلخـــص بعض األنشـــطة والفعاليات‬
‫البـــارزة التي نظمتها أو رعتها أو شـــاركت بها دار الفتوى بقيادتها الحكيمة ممثلة بشـــخص أمينها‬
‫العام صاحب الفضيلة الشـــيخ األســـتاذ الدكتور ســـليم علـــوان ومجلس إدارتها من أمئة ومشـــايخ‬
‫ودعـــاة‪ ،‬خالل العام املنـــرم‪ ،‬والذي شـــهد تحديات كبرية عىل كافـــة األصعدة‪.‬‬
‫فكانـــت مثال القيـــادة املتحليـــة بالصرب والحكمـــة واملرونـــة يف التكيف مع الظـــروف الجديدة‬
‫املحيطـــة كام كانت املرشـــدة واملوجهة يف ظل التحديات التي شـــهدها املجتمع ومـــا زالت آثارها‬
‫ســـارية‪ ،‬فام أن بدأ فريوس كورونا باالنتشـــار حتى ســـارعت دار الفتوى إىل تقفي الطرق والوسائل‬
‫البديلـــة التي مـــن شـــأنها أن تلبي حاجات الفـــرد واملجتمع مـــن توجيه روحي لالســـتعانة عىل‬
‫قضاء هذه املحنـــة التي عصفت بالبالد فـــكان االحتضان الكامل للتكنولوجيا الحديثة باســـتخدام‬
‫وســـائل التواصل االجتامعي بكافـــة منصاتها الفاعلة‪.‬‬
‫ففـــي حني بدأ رسيـــان القيود الصحية التـــي اعتمدتها الســـلطات املحلية من حيـــث القيود عىل‬
‫الســـفر وتجنـــب التجمعـــات والتي طالت حتـــى مراكز العبادة من مســـاجد ومصليـــات‪ ،‬كان ال‬
‫بد مـــن موجه وناصح يدعـــو إىل إبقـــاء مجتمعاتنا املحليـــة والعاملية منخرطة ومواكبـــة لتعاليم‬
‫ديننـــا الحنيف‪ ،‬وذلك للحد من توســـع رقعة انتشـــار الفايـــروس‪ ،‬فعىل الرغم مـــن وجود الحجر‬
‫الصحـــي املتخذ من الســـلطات الرســـمية يف البالد إال أن ذلـــك مل ينث من همة صاحـــب الفضيلة‬
‫أ‪.‬د‪ .‬الشـــيخ ســـليم علوان من نرش تعاليـــم وتوجيهات رشعنـــا الحنيف‪ ،‬فكان ما يســـمى بالعامل‬
‫االفـــرايض الرقمـــي هو الوســـيلة البديلة لتحقيـــق التواصل والتالقـــي بني القـــادة الدينيني حول‬
‫العامل من جهـــة وبني أفـــراد املجتمع من جهـــة أخرى‪.‬‬
‫لقـــد واصلـــت دار الفتـــوى يف أســـراليا عملها الـــدؤوب يف طرح املبـــادرات وتفعيل األنشـــطة‬
‫ومشـــاركة الدعاة حول العامل املناســـبات الدينية جنبـــا إىل جنب مع املســـاهمة يف عقد املؤمترات‬
‫والنـــدوات املحليـــة واإلقليمية وحتـــى الدولية‪ ،‬كـــا متكنت من تقديـــم الدعم املعنـــوي ألبناء‬
‫الجاليـــات املســـلمة من خالل الحـــث عىل التعلـــق بطلب املعرفـــة وزيادة الفهـــم والعزم عىل‬
‫صيانـــة مجتمعاتنا من الوقوع فريســـة األمراض الفكريـــة منها والبدنية وذلك مـــن خالل مالزمة‬
‫التعاليم الدينية واالســـتفادة مـــن توجيهات الســـلطات الصحية يف أســـراليا وخارجها‪.‬‬
