 Course Information

During this course, you will learn what it means to become an officer,
what you must uphold to the standard of being an officer in the
BFPMG and basic and advanced methods of moderation and
carrying out your officer duties. All cadets will go through this phase
of Officer School after selection.
 Introduction

Welcome to your training to become an officer in the Black Falcon

Private Military Group. You have worked your way through the ranks
to the rank of Sergeant Major and we now see that you are fit to be
trained for an officer position. We expect the best from all cadets and
the more effort put in the higher the reward. If you pass Officer
School, you will become a Second Lieutenant, and work your way up
from there. However, if you pass with flying colors (Doing extremely
well.), you will pass at the rank of First Lieutenant. If you have any
questions or information you would like to ask/pass along to the
instructors of the Officer School, please contact us via the Black
Falcon discord communications server, or by DMs.
 Punishments

Part of your duties of being an Officer is to be able to handle a

situation to the best of your ability and being able to handle it calmly
and find a tranquil resolution. When giving punishments, we do not
instantly ban or kick someone. We find out what happened, get
information from both sides, then act. If your incident was happening
during an operation for example, if you witnessed what happened you
can handle punishments from there. However if an operator reports
another operator to you, your duty is to collect information from both
dies and cross reference them with any proof provided. That’s how
we get the guilty party.

This step is important, once you get the punishment, DM a member

of the “Logistics Unit”, you can identify them by the “Logistics Unit
Operator” role. Let the Operator know the username of the person to
be punished, the punishment and the reason. They will handle it from
there.
 Hosting and Handling Operations

To host an operation, navigate to the combat-operation-info channel

and make an announcement of the event with the name, starting
time, and additional information if any. When hosting, please join the
private server before others join, and join the vc and make a starting
announcement as close as you can to the starting time. Once the
operation is hosted, you MUST read all of the Black Falcon Private
Military Group’s basic event rules to its entirety and do a briefing. You
can follow your guide or standard procedures from then. It is
recommended you record your operations but if you cannot, it’s fine.
