Hume Walkers

Introduction.
Hume Walkers are a small Squadron of highly trained combat medics whose task it is
to guard 914, With secondary duties to help escort VIPs when asked. We expect all
members of our Squad to be polite and Vigilant at all hours. We expect nothing but
the best of the best of combat medics in our Squad. In this regiment you will be
upheld to higher standards than most other medical personnel.
Section 1 General guidelines.

[1.1] Behavioral guidelines

While on active duty for hume walkers you are expected to be polite at all times.
you're expected to follow the code of conduct for both Hume walkers and sight 65.
We're also expected to show leadership, along with Courtesy to all level four
personnel.
[1.2] Chain of command
Hume Walkers Are expected to follow the chain of command of both our regiment but
also the site. We are to be vigilant that Epsilon 11 has control over 914. We are
also to do As Told by level four personal or higher.
[1.3] Medical Duties
We are to understand that at the end of the day we are still medical staff, we are
to not neglect our medical duties, unless told otherwise by level 4 Personnel. If
there is a medical emergency we are to respond immediately. We should not put our
tasks above the safety of foundation personnel.
[1.4] Endangering SCP’s.
At no point should any squad member of Hume Walkers Be involved in a test where an
SCP could possibly get injured. you are to interfere with the test if you believe
that it could injure the SCP Unless told otherwise by site Administration.
Section 2 guarding 914 and LCZ

[2.1] Basic Positioning for 914.

When guarding 914 There are many positions that you can take, and we recommend
using common sense to figure out the best one in the scenario. For basic guarding
duties we recommend standing on top of 914 with your gun at the ready. Whenever
somebody enters 9:14 we recommend hopping down and asking them why they are here,
if they have a valid reason let them through to use 914 if they do not ask them to
leave. An event that an unauthorized Personnel tries to use 914 as long as they
pose no direct threat put them in cuffs and take them to IA Immediately.

[2.2] Basic Positioning Hole for the wall. SCP-1162

When guarding the hole in the wall it is best to just stand at the key card
scanner. During the case of a researcher wanting to do a test, you are to follow
them inside along with their original escort. You are to have your gun on safety
while they do their test and to listen to the researcher. Before the test begins,
inform the d-class that if they grab a gun from the hole in the wall, to
immediately place it on the ground. If they fail to follow this instruction they
will be terminated.
[2.3] basic positioning for SCP-012
When guarding SCP-012 It is recommended to stand either outside the door near the
key card scanner, or inside the inner stairwell. in the event that there is a
research test for SCP-012 please make sure the researcher fully explains what SCP-
012 is to the D-class. failure to explain SCP-012 and what it can do to the d-class
it's considered an Ethics violation.
[2.4] CI Raids
In the event that CI are doing a full raid if there's more than one Personnel
guarding send all but one personnel to assist with the CI raid. In the event that
the CI are trying to raid and get into 914 directly we recommend taking cover on
top of 914 in behind the right and left side of it.
[2.5] Research Test 914
There are events that research may be doing testing on 914, and in those events
we are to help the test and not get in the way. No executive researchers must have
a document with Executives approval outlining their test and having the executive
signature on it. An event that they do not have a signed document tell them to
obtain this document and in the meantime ask them to leave.
[2.6] high level personnel
In the event that the site Administration or Ethics Committee would like to use
914 we are to let them use it and guard them while they do, you're not to disclose
any information about what you see going on at 914 to any other personnel. In the
event that the high-level Personnel asks you to leave you are to guard right
outside the door unless told otherwise.
[2.7] Use of 914
Hume Walkers are to never use 914, if you're found using 914 for personal gain
you'll be immediately removed from the regiment and put on a blacklist, you will
also be put in cuffs and jailed for misuse of an SCP.
[2.8] 914 found on 1:1
During the event that SCP 914 is found to be on the setting 1:1 Hume walkers are
to instantly go to the nearest replication station and buy kant counters. You are
to set your kant counter to high settings and start patrolling the foundation. It
has been shown that people disguised with the power of 914 tend to have high fumes
of about 110. If you find
a Personnel with high fumes you're to arrest them and take them to IA immediately.

Section 3 Protecting SCP’s.

[3.1] Basic knowledge
Part of the duty of medical personnel is not only to protect human personnel in the
foundation but also the SCP’s. Unless given site Administration approval in no way
can a research test directly harm an SCP that is not directly presenting a threat.
This applies to all humanoid SCP’s and non-humanoid SCP’s.
[3.2] Harmful testing procedure
In the event that you see a researcher trying to perform a test that can result in
injury to the SCP, please inform the researcher that you cannot let the test
continue. please inform the researcher on exactly why you are stopping the test and
why the test would not be allowed. In the event the researcher does not stop the
test Please gather body cam footage and present it to both executive researchers
and IA.
[3.4] site Administration approval.
During the event that site Administration has given approval for a test that
could harm an SCP please do the following. In the event that site Administration is
not present please ask the researcher for the signed document from site
Administration. in the event of no document present please inform the researcher
they cannot continue. In the event that there is site Administration approval
please be on standby to help either Foundation personnel or the SCP if need be.
