Consultancy engaged in Healthcare, Educational, Commercial, Entertainment,
Mixed-use building and Urban infrastructure Projects requires the following
qualified professionals for their Gurgaon and Chennai Design offices. Architects
and Engineers working with multinational leading design consultants especially
for Middle East and Western country projects are preferred:

01 Architect
02 Interior Design Architect
03 Landscape Architect
04 HVAC Engineer
05 Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer
06 Electrical Engineer – MV/LV
07 Electrical Engineer – ELV & BMS
08 Structural Engineer
09 QA/QC Engineer
10 BIM Manager
11 BIM Engineer / Coordinator / Modeller – All Disciplines
12 Fire & Life Safety Specialist
13 Specification Writer – Architecture & Engineering

Qualification & Experience for Above Positions:

› Section Managers: B.Arch./BE/ ME/ M. Arch with min. 15+ Years’ experience with min 5
years’ experience in discipline manager position.
› Lead Engineers/ Lead Architects: B. Arch./BE/ ME/ M.Arch with min. 10 to 15 years’
experience
› Engineers/Architects: B. Arch./BE/ ME/ M. Arch with min 6 to 10 years’ experience
› BIM Managers: Engineer or Architect with min. 10 years’ experience
› BIM Engineers /Coordinators/ Modelers: Engineering or Architecture or Diploma with
min. 5 years’ experience
› For positons 12 and 13: Min. 10 years’ experience

Important note: Architects/Engineers experienced with multinational leading design consultants

with exposure to Middle East and Western Country projects with working knowledge in Revit is
preferred.
