Profile
I have over 15 years’ experience in the field of civil/structural engineering. During the initial years of my career, I
worked with structural consultants in Mumbai & contributed in design of multiple RCC building projects.
Afterwards for a period of over 6 years, I worked as a senior structural engineer with Dar al-Handasah consultants
in Pune and contributed to some big ticket RCC design and construction projects in Middle East countries. My
experience of working with Dar al-Handasah gave me good learning opportunity of working in structural design,
shop drawings review and site coordination of the ongoing or proposed large scale building constructions projects
like Makkah Haram Expansion, Madinah Hajj city projects in Saudi Arabia and New Cairo Capital, Central Business
District project in Cairo.
I also worked as a senior structural design engineer with a real estate developer in Mumbai and individually
designed three multi-story building structures over a span of 12 months. Being a real estate company, I was directly
involved in each structural related aspects of these projects and actively involved in their ongoing execution process.
Currently I am working as a Lead Structural Engineer with HILL international project management firm for their
ongoing project of Indian Oil Technology Development and Deployment Centre at Faridabad-Delhi NCR. My primary
roles are to review structural design and drawings submitted by contractor, responding to structural queries raised
by the site team and coordination with other discipline design details. Occasional site work inspections is also a
part of the duty.
To summarize, I have experience varying across modelling, analysis & design of structures of my own, preparation
of good for construction design drawings and maintaining client coordination. I am a good professional in checking
reinforced concrete shop drawings and precast cladding panels. I also have a good experience in site coordination
and site inspection works.
I am a professionally competent, dedicated and self-motivated person, who has the ability and enthusiasm
to take on new and challenging roles, and consistently strives to excel in all aspects of my professional
career. I am well aware of the moral responsibility as a structural engineer and always try to provide safe

Contributed to Following Few Selected Structural Design Projects

 Runwal Forest, Mumbai, India. Structural lead for Concept to construction documentation. The project
consists of group of residential buildings on a common basement dedicated for parking and services. The
building height varies from 21 story to 47 story above 3 levels of basement. The structural system adopted is
buildings with shear walls & flat plate with mivan formwork for speedy construction.
 Proposed 40 story tower in Mulund, Mumbai, India. Structural lead for structural software modeling, analysis
& primary design. The project consists of single tower with 3 podiums dedicated for parking and services. The
tower is dedicated for residential usage. Conventional slab beam framing is adopted for the project. The project
was carried out as freelancing work.
 Puranik Hometown, Thane, India. Structural lead for Concept to partial construction documentation. The
project has 7 different types of residential towers (namely A to G) of various designs. Among them Tower G is
highest with 28 floors including 2 levels of podium parking. The project is regular slab beam framing type with
few slabs as flat plates.
 Balaji Symphony, Panvel, India. Structural lead for basic construction documentation. The project comes
under MMRDA development. The project has.2 residential towers of 30 floors. Towers are 102m high with
basement + stilt + 3 podiums+30 floors. The work is ongoing for one of the towers & construction is conventional
slab – beam system.
 Proposed tower at R. R. Paints Factory Compound, Mumbai, India. Construction documentation for a 22
story office building with a built up area of 175,000 sq.m and 70m high. The project consists of a stilt with
mechanical car parking & upper 22 residential floors. The project is under execution.
 K.G. Signature City, Chennai, India. Design review project. The detail analysis & design of the two tower
buildings performed. Stilt + 15 floors residential project with stilt floor for parking. A satisfactory comparative
report based on our design (as per relevant IS codes) and first consultants design is prepared & further work
received for the company.
 Lodha Luxuria, Thane, India. Project was a part of ongoing/completed residential township of Lodha group in
thane. Worked on towers 8 & 9 of the cluster. Both the buildings are 28 floors high. The detail modeling &
analysis performed to the satisfactory level of requirements from Lodha’s structural team. Foundation design
drawings & column schedule work done.
 Residential towers in Mahul, Mumbai. Two wings of Stilt + podium + 15 floors tower. Basic analysis, Design
& detail design performed using software solutions. The project is under execution with 1st typical floor to be
cast.
 Kavya Park, Thane, India. Partly commercial & residential project of 18 floors. Prepared detail design &
drawings up to typical residential floor level.
 Atlantis, Mumbai, India. Detail analysis & design work done on this stilt + 21 floor project.
