8. The way to become truly useful is to seek the best that other brains have to offer. Use them
to supplement your own and be prepared to give credit to them when they have helped.

This lesson by Gordon Dean is my personal favorite. I like this lesson because it's about
teamwork and unselfishness and it’s important to have in a business setting. If you can do
everything by yourself then good for you, but there are those people that gain more from
getting help from others. I know that I am not the smartest person in the world and I recognize
that I need others around me to make better decisions. I think that the best decisions are made
with more than one person looking over situation and coming to an agreement over which path
to take. And I have no problem giving credit to others as long as it there is an overall benefit
gained from doing so.
