Things you need
3 mm hook
Sport weight yarn
Color 1: about 100m/109yds.
Color 2: about 50m/54yds.
2 stitch markers
darning needle
Abbreviations
CH - chain SP - Space
SLST - slip stitch SLSTBLO - slip stitch in the back loop only
ST(S) - stitch(es)
SM - stitch marker
SC - single crochet, i.e : 6SC means make 1 single crochet in the next 6 sts
SK - skip
R - Row, Round i.e : R3 means row 3 or round 3
TO - turn over, (turn your work)
HDC - half double crochet

Important notes
Gauge 15 rows x 14 stitches = 3 x 3" (3mm hook)
This crochet pattern uses tapestry crochet, you will be creating the floral pattern by using two colors.
The non-working color will be carried within the stitches.
SC until SM means SC until ( 1 ST before SM ), then the flower pattern starts from the ST which SM is on.
SC rest means SC the rest of the round.
TO every round for the body, except for R1.
Place your SM back into the new ST, every time you get to the SM.

My gloves' measurements when laying flat


7 1/2 " in length, 4" for the width of the body, 2 1/2 " for the width of the wristband.

If you are left handed


I currently only have graph available for left-handed. I deeply apologize.

Color switching
Change the color by finishing the SC ST with the new color.
SC until SM and SC rest are done with Color 1
You can drop Color 2 after working the last stitch of Color 2, then pick up again when you work
the Color 2 in the pattern.

Thumb hole
You can chain more at R20 for your thumb hole to match your thumb size, just make sure to put
more SC in the chain SP if you end up chaining more. ( when doing the optional thumb hole
edging, make sure to put SC, multiple of 6.)

CH1, fold your work ( you can choose which side is right/wrong

Count 10 ST, place SM into the next ST, counting R15: SC until SM, 7SC, 7SC, 1SC, 2SC, 3SC, SC rest

Optional Thumb Hole Edging

R1 (for both arched lace and scallop edging)


Connect your yarn to any stitch of the thumb hole on the right side.
CH1, 1SC in the same ST, make 17 SC, SLST to the first ST. (18 SC)
(If you changed your thumb hole size at R20, your ST count would be different here, see the important note at Page 6. Follow the pattern to put more edges.)

Arched lace
R2: *CH4, SK4, SLST into next ST* repeat * to * for entire round, SLST to the first ST to end the round.
(You should have 3 arches.)
R3: *CH1, 6SC into CH4 SP, SLST to previous SLST.* repeat * to * for entire round,
SLST into CH1. Fasten off.

Scallop
R2: CH1, 6HDC into the 3rd ST, SK2, SLST into the next ST, SK1, 6HDC into the next ST, SK2, SLST into the next ST,
SK1, 6HDC into the next ST, SK2, SLST into the next ST. ( You should have 3 scallops.)
SLST again into the beginning of the round. Fasten off.

Weave in ends.
