STORAGE TANK

DESCRIPTION
Also known as a tank or reservoir, the water tank is a liquid storage system in the form of
a self-supporting, opaque and closed flexible tarpaulin. This bag has the particularity of
being made of a technical fabric in high tenacity polyester, ensuring a perfect
watertightness. Quick to deploy and easily transportable, the Labaronne-Citaf flexible
tank can be installed in less than an hour and can be immediately operational for filling or
recovering your liquids. The storage of industrial effluents in a flexible tank is
particularly advantageous because it allows for temporary or permanent storage.
Moreover, you can compose your installation in an optimal way, in order to adapt to the
various constraints of your site or the liquid to be stored. The flexible tank can be used
for the storage of multiple industrial liquids: waste water, loaded water, industrial
effluents, chemicals (basic or acidic solutions), leachate, brine; or other materials that can
be altered by air such as paint, latex or glue. The quality of the fabric and our equipment
allows the storage of many liquids:
* Domestic waste water,
* Food processing effluents,
* Liquid industrial biological sludge,
* Liquid sludge from urban wastewater treatment plants,
* Sludge dehydration filters.
* Wine effluent treatment: Mérou Viti process
* Landfill leachate.
* Washing water and fire fighting water
. * Biodigestates

B. MIXING TANK
DESCRIPTION OF MIXING TANKS
For the first phases of the production procedure of fruit juices and soft drinks, Pietribiasi
Michelangelo S.r.l. provides customers with the syrup room and mix preparation, a plant
in which the base of the soft drink is prepared, mainly composed of sugar, powders,
concentrates, water and other ingredients based on the recipe of the end product. All these
ingredients are measured into specific tanks to mix and prepare the soft drink

C. FERMENTOR
 Application
This fermentation tank is ideal system for production of bacteria, yeast, enzyme, and
fungi ,etc in aerobic and anaerobic cultures.This series of products suits for various kinds
of microbiology lab, pilot and industrial scale fermentation. User can choose appreciate
model according to Client s detail requirement. We have model from 30L---30000L
Principle
First Sterilization the tank, then fill the culture medium into fermentation tank,
adjust the PH and oxygen degree, it should be according to requirement of the bacteria,
yeast, enzyme,and fungi. And keep the temperature according to the requirement, and
constantly adjust the oxygen degree and PH degree in the tank.
For industrial scale fermentation: first you put raw material into the tank with
solvent, then heating it to high temperature to kill the bacterial, then cool the high
temperature inside of the fermentation tank, and keep the temperature which the yeast
living, add the yeast, and constantly adjust the PH and oxygen degree inside of the tank.
D. TRANSPORT PIPE
Application of pipe

 Plumbing
 Tap water
 Irrigation
 Pipelines transporting gas or liquid over long distances
 Compressed air systems
 Casing for concrete pilings used in construction projects
 High-temperature or high-pressure manufacturing processes
 The petroleum industry:
o Oil well casing
o Oil refinery equipment
 Delivery of fluids, either gaseous or liquid, in a process plant from one point to
another point in the process
 Delivery of bulk solids, in a food or process plant from one point to another point in
the process
 The construction of high pressure storage vessels (note that large pressure vessels are
constructed from plate, not pipe owing to their wall thickness and size).
