2 Switch On Machine

Example for step by step procedure

for switch on the machine.

1) Main switch – Q01M00- in position ”1“.

The control is activated and booting in different phases.

2) Control voltage –S02M00- ON |

Indicator -H06M00- is lit up while control voltage
is switched on.

3) Acknowledge Emergency Stop –S19M00-

Indicator -H06M00- is lit up, if emergency stop was
acknowledged.

4) In case of a disturbance (error message on screen)

the disturbance has to be removed first.

5) Starting image “Machine” appears.

6) Everything switched on?

Hydraulic, pneumatic, coolant, chip conveyer,
exhaust?

7) Select operating mode JOG (Set-up)

or automatic (continue production)

2 Switch Off Machine

Axes must not be about to move.

1) Control voltage -S02M00- OFF O|
2) MENU SELECT
>
Exit
O.K.
3) Wait until the control system is shut down.
4) Main switch -Q01M00- off ”0“.
5) Everything switched off?
Hydraulic, pneumatic, coolant,
chip conveyer, exhaust?
