OJT Sheets

Directory Sheet
- If the company is shaded yellow, you can already apply to them. It
means that they are already in the process of accreditation. When you
apply, please remind them to accomplish all requirements needed by
PILLO because if they don’t, they won’t be accredited and your hours
wouldn’t count.
- If the company is shaded red, they are not accepting any trainees.
- If the company is shaded green, they already accepting trainees and
have undergone the process of accreditation.
- If the company is not shaded, they are not in the process of
accreditation.
- If the company has “BS AMT & BS AET only”, they do not provide any
programs that are related to the practice of Aeronautical Engineering.
The OJT coordinator is still trying to confirm if they will have any
programs related to the course.

HTEs for AeE Sheet

- The requirements mentioned in the sheets are still subject to change.
The company can ask you for more or less than the requirements
mentioned.
- OJT Google Forms: For students who put companies that are already
accredited, the school will help them pass their requirements
- OJT Google Forms: For students who put companies that are not
accredited yet, the school cannot help them yet. The only thing they can
do is work to ensure that the company will be accredited.
- If there is an asterisk (*) beside the company, the school already has
contact with them and has informed them that we will be sending a list
of students who are interested in applying to their company.
- If there are two asterisks (**) beside the company, their details are still
incomplete and the school is trying to contact them.

FAQs Sheet
- Before asking questions, please make sure that you have checked the
FAQs sheet.
Other Concerns:
- If by October there are still students who do not have an HTE for their
OJT, the school will help them secure a spot. The only difference
between securing a spot this early and not securing a spot this early is
that students who prefer to do the former will have more options.
- For example, EU Wings is not accepting any more trainees by October,
the school will try to secure you a spot with other companies such as
Alpha Aviation. You’ll be forced to enroll in a company with a higher fee.

Questions:
Pwede pa ba ibahin yung piniling company sa gform if ever na may maaccredit
pa na iba kahit nagsubmit na ng requirements sa gdrive?
- The student can do that. It is up to the student to decide whether
they’ll enroll in the company after their application has been accepted.
The student can also write their second choice of company in the
forms/drive.

May tentative date po ba date kung kelan start ni EU Wings and Strike Wing?
- EU Wings: Either last week of September or first/second week of
October
- Strike Wing: To start on September 5 (supposedly), the school is asking if
they can adjust the date so they can still cater to PhilSCA students.

Yung first batch, kailan daw po ifforward ang names sa companies?

- For all students who have already filled out and have chosen a company,
the school will be sending their names to the companies today.
- The forms will not be closed but there will be cutoffs.

Paano po yung mga students na nagssummer and hindi pa nakakapag-enroll?

Paano yng COR nila?
- The students’ requirements will be incomplete and will be ‘to follow’ but
hopefully, the summer class will end before the start of the training for
the different companies and the students can submit their missing
requirements before they start.

For the COR and Endorsement Letter, can the student go to school to get
them?
- COR: Can get. Just make sure that you are already enrolled and have no
balance (please refer to Class Sectioning sheets)
- Endorsement Letter: To follow up

What is the final setup with the classes for next semester?
- Supposedly, there will be 2 days of F2F classes that students are
required to attend but Engr. Mongaya and Engr. Buenaventura said that
the Aero Department will try to be as flexible as possible and not
require the students to attend the F2F classes.
- Engr. Buenaventura said that there is no problem if students want to
apply to HTEs in far places like Bulacan or Pampanga.
