I am Reyden Lyn E. Piquero, 38 years old and a Master Teacher II of Carmen National
High School, Carmen, Davao del Norte , Philippines. I am a graduate of Bachelor in
Secondary Education Major in Filipino last 2004 and Master of Art in Teaching Filipino
last 2007 at St. Mary’s College, Tagum City , Philippines. I also finished my Doctor of
Education Major in Educational Leadership and Management at the University of the
Visayas, Colon Street , Cebu City last 2013.

In my previous school, I performed the following duties:

1. Monitors and evaluates students’ progress.
2. Undertakes activities to improve performance indicators.
3. Counsels and guides students.
4. Maintains Daily Routine (classroom cleanliness, classroom management, overall
physical classroom atmosphere.
5. Maintains harmonious relationship with fellow teachers and other school
personnel as well as with parents and other stakeholders.

With this regard, I believe that my instructional abilities acquired from my formal
education combined with my teaching experience and training suit the requirements
