1. Titanium Dioxide
- also known as titanium(IV) oxide or titania, is the inorganic
compound with the chemical formula TiO ₂. When used as a
pigment, it is called titanium white, Pigment White 6, or CI 77891.
It is a white solid that is insoluble to water, although mineral forms
can appear black.
- Exposure can irritate the eyes, nose and throat. since it has been
shown to cause lung cancer in animals. a carcinogen. Such
substances may also have the potential for causing reproductive
damage in humans.
2. Phenoxyethanol
- is the organic compound with the formula C₆H₅OC₂H₄OH. It is a
colorless oily liquid. It can be classified as a glycol ether and a
phenol ether. It is a common preservative in vaccine formulations.
- Exposure to phenoxyethanol has been linked to reactions ranging
from eczema to severe, life-threatening allergic reactions.
- safe for all consumers - including children of all ages - when used
as a preservative in cosmetic products at a maximum concentration
of 1%.
3. kor Octoxyglycerine
- is a glyceryl ether that is commonly used as part of a preservative
system in cosmetic preparations.
- This is safe and non irritant.
Solving for its Volume:
Redesigned Version of the Product: Original Version of the Product:

Finding the Volume for the Original Design Finding the Volume for the Redesigned

Given: r=1.8cm, h= 15 cm Given: r = 0.6cm, h = 11.5cm

Find The Volume: Find the volume:

V= π r 2h V ¿ π r 2h

V= (3.14)(1.8)2(15) V = (3.14)(0. 6 ¿ ¿2 (11.5)

V= (47.1)(1.8)2 V = (36.11) (0. 6 ¿ ¿2

V= (47.1)(3.21) V = (36.11) (0.36)

V= 151.19cm V = 13cm
Math Explanation:

For the two designs, we found the volume for these by following the formula to
get the volume of a cylindrical shape. For the original design, our given radius
and height is 1.8cm (radius) and 15cm (height). Following the formula, we
multiplied Pi (3.14) with the height (15) and we get 47.1. Since in the formula, the
radius has a square sign, we square 1.8. Now, our remaining two numbers are
47.1 and 3.21. Last step is to multiply these two, and our final answer is 151.19cm.
The volume for the original design is 151.19cm. For the redesigned one, we
followed the same formula, using the same steps in solving for its volume. The
given are 0.6 (Radius) and 11.5 (Height). We multiply 3.14 by the height, and
square 0.6. We then multiply 36.11 and 0.36 altogether and we get 13cm as our
volume. We used the formula in finding the volume of a cylindrical shape
because we need to find out and determine the amount required to fill in that
object and calculate the inner size of the object. So, for these two problems, we
have 151.19cm for the volume of the original design and 13cm as the volume of
the redesigned one.
