A. INTRODUCTION: This unit covers the knowledge and skills required to control weeds, taking into consideration
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) options. Implementation is likely to be under limited supervision from others with
checking only related to over all progress. Responsibility for and limited organization of the work of the others may be
involved. Implementation requires the application of knowledge in areas such as weed recognition, biology and control,
and the lifestyles of weed predators and hosts.

C. ASSESSMENT PLAN
• Written Test: The trainees are competent in written test for all the information check.
• Oral Test: The Trainees are competent orally in all the information check.
• Performance Test: The trainees performed correctly all performance task.
D. TEACHER’S SELF-REFLECTION OF THE SESSION: At the end of the session, results of the performance of the
trainees will be evaluated.

If the results are not good ask the trainees of the problems they’ve encountered. Identify what part is difficult to perform.
This will allow the trainees to suggest trainer intervention to help them better understand and guide them to improve
their efficiency and effectiveness in their performance.

Other trainees have to practice more on how applying their interpersonal skills effectively. The methods worked
successfully even if most of them were high school graduate.
