A. Introduction:

This module involves the skills, knowledge and attitudes required in responding to emergency incidents,
follow-up support and assistance and communicate to concerned individual during emergency.

C. Teacher’s Reflection
The whole content of this module involves information and tasks that enable the trainer to evaluate the
knowledge, skills, and attitudes gained by the trainees during the training period. It also benefits the trainees to
be more skilled to the fourth core competency of Driving NC II, which is to implement and coordinate accident-
emergency procedures. After finishing this module, the trainees will be aware of the proper handling emergency
procedures.
