Business Plan

Soyalicious is a cafe business, and since milk tea, frappe, and coffee are in demand in
the market, we thought about something related to it but with more economical and
healthy drinks to offer. Soyalicious offers drinks made with soya beans topped with
caramel and tapioca pearls. It is locally known as taho. But, what makes it unique is
that we come up with different flavors to make it more appetizing, such as ube,
strawberry, matcha, graham, caramel, chocolate, and the classic flavor.

Problem 1: Lack of Identity and a dull competitive edge

The main competitors of our business are the taho vendors, and if you miss it, you
will have to wait until tomorrow or for the vendor to return. All Filipinos know that
other coffees and milk tea shops are just around the corner. So, to make an identity,
we’re going to build a stall for our start-up business in the market where people
usually go there to buy necessities and other things. We will conduct our promotion
through personal selling and internet marketing to cater to a broad consumer base,
especially teenagers, kids, and adults who like sweet snacks. This kind of marketing
concept will be available for purchase at any moment of the day.

Problem 2: The “wrong “ menu

Since we are going to serve new flavors of "taho," some customers would find it
strange as it's new to their taste buds, while on the other hand, other consumers will
find it appetizing. In that case, we will have a feedback board at the stall, or they can
post their suggestions or requests on Soyalicious' official social media account; this is
for the business's adaptability and to cater to the consumers' tastes in our product.

Problem 3: Inventory and pricing snafus

Problem 4: Overall management and customer service headaches
