1) The battery is charged immediately after each discharge.

Note: It is best not to charge more than 24 hours after the battery is used.
2) Perform a routine inspection once a week. If the electrolyte level drops
during normal use of the battery, only distilled water is allowed to be added
to the fully charged battery. Distilled water cannot be added when the
battery is not fully charged.
Warning: Only add distilled water or pure water to a fully charged battery.

Do not add sulfuric acid, tap water or other substances.

note:
Perform a routine inspection once a week. Clean the surface of the
battery with a clean wet towel to keep the battery clean and prevent the
self-discharge of the battery due to dust or electrolyte on the battery
shell cover. Note: Please wipe the surface of the battery with a wet
towel, do not use a feather duster , Dry chemical fiber fabric wipe.
During normal use of the battery, equalize charging once a month.
Low-speed driving of electric vehicles helps to extend battery life.

a. 清洁干净、通风换气好,远离易燃易爆品;

b. 备有胶皮手套、保护眼镜、围裙等个人保护用品;

c.备有万用表、比重计、温度计等检验器具;

d.设有水源装置及灭火装置;

Recharge
(1) Charging place
a. Clean, well ventilated, keep away from flammable and explosive
materials;
b. Personal protective equipment such as rubber gloves, protective
glasses, and aprons are available;
c. Equipped with multimeter, hydrometer, thermometer and other
inspection equipment;
d. Equipped with water source device and fire extinguishing device;
e. Avoid direct sunlight, avoid rain, and maintain room temperature.
f. It must be charged with a DC power supply. The positive (+) pole of
the power supply is connected to the positive (+) pole of the battery
pack, and the negative (-) pole of the power supply is connected to the
negative (-) pole of the battery pack. It cannot be connected incorrectly
to avoid damage. Battery.
(2) Normal charging
a. Charge the battery in time after it is discharged. The time interval for
recharging after the battery is discharged shall not exceed 24 hours
b. During the charging process, when the battery liquid temperature
exceeds 50°C, the charging current should be reduced or the charging
should be temporarily stopped to prevent the increase of the liquid
temperature from having a big impact on the battery performance.
d. It is strictly forbidden to pour pure water directly into concentrated
sulfuric acid to prevent the liquid surface temperature from suddenly
rising and boiling, which may cause the concentrated sulfuric acid to
splash and hurt people.
e. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the battery charging place, open
flames, static sparks, etc. are strictly prohibited to avoid explosion of
the small amount of hydrogen that escapes during battery charging.
