TRUE FRIENDSHIP

I have known a person for years, yes my best friend named Diego. But the
first time I met him in kindergarten was when I was 4 years old and I never
thought we would end up being best friends. I remember when we were in
the classroom, we were both very shy and we didn't use to talk much...
Until we entered elementary school and then little by little our childhood
friendship started to grow stronger....

We were together all through school, from the time I met him when I was
4 years old until I finished high school at the age of 16. I never thought
that a friendship would last that long but he proved that a true friendship
is possible because we are also still in contact since we are in the same
university. Clearly not in the same career but the important thing is that
sometimes we can go together because our} schedules are similar.

Many people say that something that lasts a long time, gets boring. Maybe
they are right but in the case of our friendship, it is not. He may not be my
blood brother but I consider him as a brother because I have known him
for more than 14 years, his family knows me, my family knows him. We
share a lot of things together when we have the opportunity. So one thing
I would say I learned during all this time I would sum it up in two words....
"True Friendship".
