Dear fellow students,

I am Sanjay Badwahe, and I am thrilled to be running for the role of Hostel Secretary
in our esteemed MBA college in Mumbai. As someone who has lived in the hostel for
the past seven months, I understand our residents' challenges and needs, and I am
confident that I have the skills and commitment to address them effectively.
If elected, my manifesto would include the following key points:

1. Better Maintenance: I will work to ensure timely maintenance and repair of

hostel equipment and facilities to minimize disruption to residents' daily lives.
2. Internet Connectivity: In today's digital age, internet connectivity is essential
for academic success. I will work to improve the college's internet
infrastructure to ensure that all students have access to fast and reliable
internet.
3. Increased Student Engagement: I will work to create more opportunities for
students to get involved in college life and build a sense of community. This
includes organizing events, clubs, and activities that allow students to pursue
their interests and connect with others.
4. Cleaning and Washing Machine Area: Maintaining clean and functional
washing and laundry areas is essential for the comfort and convenience of all
students. I will work to ensure that these areas are properly maintained and
provide adequate services for all residents.
5. Improved Cleaning of Bathrooms: Maintaining clean and hygienic bathroom
facilities is essential for the health and well-being of all students. I will work to
ensure that all college bathrooms are cleaned regularly. I will also advocate
for implementing effective cleaning and maintenance protocols to keep the
toilets in top condition.
6. Enhanced Electrical and Plumbing Services: I will work to ensure that all
electrical and plumbing services are functioning correctly and that any issues
are addressed promptly and effectively. This includes advocating for regular
maintenance and repairs and improving the overall reliability of these critical
services.
7. Improved Cleaning of Rooms: Keeping residents' rooms clean and well-
maintained is a top priority. I will work to ensure that all rooms are cleaned
regularly and that any maintenance issues, such as leaks or broken fixtures,
are addressed promptly and effectively. I will also advocate for a more
efficient cleaning system, including regular inspections, to maintain high
standards. This will help create a more comfortable and inviting living
environment for all residents.

By working together, we can create a hostel community that is comfortable, safe, and
