The property show within the above four bounders which is gift by us
to you for the purpose of running education institute and we give actual physical
possession as owner is also handed over to you, we or our any legal heirs and
successor have no right or concern left in the property under Gift.
You can have muted you name with the concern record and enjoy
ownership and possession of property. In case of any objection by any third person
about your ownership and possession regarding property under sale we will be
liable for same.

Hence this gift deed is executed without consideration with our will
and consent.
