AFFIDAVIT

I, WINDEL M. SUMINGUIT, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Manan-ao,

Enrique Villanueva, Siquijor, under oath, depose and state that:

1. I am a resident of Barangay Manan-ao for the past 55 years and been residing since
birth.

2. I have been active in the activities in the barangay, thus familiar with the resident
therein.

3. Based on my personal knowledge, the following names : Gregoria Espanol Saguban,

Juvileza Saguban Sagal, Dhezaliza Fernadez Pasicaran are not residents of our barangay.
They have not resided nor lived in our barangay.

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the thruth of the foregoing and for any other
legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
