JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF NO PREVIOUS DONATION

We, MARIA VICTORIA MARAGUINOT JUNIO and ARIEL JUNIO, both

of legal age, Filipinos, and with residence address at Poblacion Kadingilan Bukidnon,
after having been sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That, we are the registered owners of a certain parcel of land situated at Poblacion,
Kadingilan Bukidnon, covered by KATIBAYAN NG ORIHINAL NA TITULO BLG.
P-48448, with a total area of Five Hundred Thirty Three square meters (533sq.m) more
or less;

2. That we have executed a Deed of Donation inter vivos in favor of our brother
VINCENT EUTROPIO C. BUNAYOG on July 21, 2023 in Cagayan de Oro City with
Doc. No. 66; Page No. 14; Book No. IXXXII; Series of 2023 of the Notarial Register of
Cagayan de Oro City;

3. That, this is the only donation we made for Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-
48448. We have made no other donation to any other persons involving this property;

4. That, we are executing this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing
facts and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
