2. Paper Fastener

Instructions:
1. Put a cover page in your yellow folder stating your subject, name, grade & section, and your ICT teacher.
2. Make your portfolio neat and clean.
3. Compile all your learning activity sheets and place it inside your folder.
4. Make your portfolio presentable.
