Since moving the body is really risky, it must follow more personal precautionary measures. With this kind of
activity, the individual who participates in it will possibly be dehydrated, overexerted, and develop
hyperthermia, so it is needless to say that they should follow the precautions because they already know what
they should do in order to be safe.

I think the Zumba activity has the least need for precautionary measures because, with this activity, people
would just have problems with the weather conditions, and the problem with this activity is just the bad situation
that will happen, not the fact that they did not follow the precautions.
