a. Put the remote on top of the TV, 4-6 feet away and play a
video on mute
b. Stand relax and stare at the remote
c. When the attention go away say „recognize and return”
d. 60, 90, 120 straight focus in 2-3 reps
2. Iso Lunge
a. Focus on a point in front of you while doing the exercise
b. Relax and release the tention
c. Focus, just breathing trough it
3. Cold Showers
a. Hold the tention
4. Meditation
a. 10-20 minutes
5. Flow Days
a. Predeterminate tomonrow’s going to be a flow day
b. „What do I feel like doing right now?” – Just gonna do
that, go with the flow, no resistence
6. Weird Ass Groundin Exercise
a. Break up the routine
b. The world’s no big deal
7. Looping
a. Repeating over and over again
b. For situations that get you off your game, affect your ice
state – I love my self (Calm, slow, deep)
8. Smooth Power Training
a. Slow the body down, really slow
