CERTIFICATE OF PROJECT ACCEPTANCE

This is to certify that as of October 8, 2019 the Irrigation System of Castillo

Farmer Settlers Irrigators Association located at Municipality of Concepcion, Province of
Tarlac covering an area of Six Hundred Fifty (650) hectares is fully COMPLETED and is
ready for actual use.

This is to certify further that Castillo Farmer Settlers Irrigators Association

represented by its President Mr. Istalon Yumul accepts the Irrigation System as of
October 8, 2019 as complete and ready for actual use.

Castillo Farmer Settlers Irrigators Association likewise accepts the cost of

the irrigation system not exceeding FOUR MILLION SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED THIRTY NINE PESOS (P 4,068,139.00).
