II. NARRATIVE REPORT/ EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In line with programs of OK sa DepEd, DNHS implemented Group Handwashing and
Toothbrushing. The said activities was done during recess time, handwashing before meal and
toothbrushing after eating. This activity was facilitated by the WINS coordinator together with the
class presidents.

III. ACCOMPLISHMENT OF OBJECTIVES
