Data Analysis Paper (One sample t-test)

One sample t-Test

A. Research Question

Is the organic solvent-based animal waste foliar fertilizer beneficial in terms of how
many leaves the plant will sprout in a period of 30 days, where the standard is 5 leaves?

D. Analysis and Interpretation

E. The one-sample t-test results for the number of leaves that will sprout in 30 days are presented in
Table 1. The 14.6555 t-value and 9 degrees of freedom were used to determine the p-value, which
is.000. Since the p-value is less than 0.05 and the alpha is 0.05, the null hypothesis is disproved. As a
result, the Organic Liquid-Based Foliar Fertilizer is effective in increasing the amount of leaves that
the plant will sprout in 30 days.
