Job Description:

 Client Servicing
 Coordinate and manage the implementation and/or commitments outlined in the Client
Service Plan.
 Collecting claim support documents from the patients from the patients/ clients & co-
ordinate with TPA/ Insurance Company for smooth transfer of data
 Follow Up and Updates to be given to the Clients
 Ensures all client service expectations are met or exceeded.
 To create awareness about reimbursement of claims (Pre, Post & Hospitalisation)
 Client Acquisition

Skills required:

 Excellent understanding of Insurance and Reinsurance concepts.

 Good Marketing Skills
 Good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
 Sound Microsoft office skills including MS-Excel, Word and Powerpoint,
 Excellent time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organise work and
meet deadlines.

Educational Experience:

 Graduate/ Under Graduate Experience : Having at least 1 year of prior work experience
