1. Requirements on device configuration and network
Computer (Windows) Mobile Phone (Android) Mobile Phone (iOS)
· Intel Core i3 CPU or higher · Android 8.0 operating system · iPhone 7 Plus or above
· 4 GB RAM memory or greater, or higher · iOS 11 operating system or
8GB is recommended · 3 GB RAM memory or greater higher

Ultrasound System Network
· Software version 1.6.4 or above 20Mbps or higher
· Network connection (cable
network or Wi-Fi)

2. Setup on ultrasound machine


2.1 Ultrasound Software Version: 1.7.10 or above
Operate on touch screen by the following steps:
Sys Setting > Network > Cloud Service > Enable cloud service > Select server > Connect
2.2 Ultrasound Software Version: 1.6.4 – 1.7.10
Operate on touch screen by the following steps:
Sys Setting > Network > Cloud Service > Enable cloud service > Select server > Input
password of the ultrasound system

Remarks:
“杏聆荟” refers to server locates in Beijing;
“FLYINSONO” refers to server locates in Frankfurt.

Click “Test”, the pop-up window would say “The test to connect vCloud server is
successful!”, then click “Save”.
2.3 Click “Extended Key” —“Print”, choose “Store Image Data to Cloud”, then click
“Save&Exit”

3. Software Download and Installation


3.1 Windows PC users
Get into FLYINSONO official website(http://www.flyinsono.com), click “Download”
Click “Windows Version” to get Windows PC version.

Double click to start software installation

3.2 Android Phone users


Option 1:
Search “FLYINSONO” in Google Play Store then install it.

Option 2:
Get into FLYINSONO official website(http://www.flyinsono.com), click “Android Version” to
download the APP.

3.3 iPhone users


Search “FLYINSONO” in Apple App Store then install it.
4. Operation Guide for PC Windows version
4.1 log in
4.1.1 If you doesn’t have FLYINSONO account yet
4.1.1.1 Double click to run FLYINSONO software and click “Sign Up”

4.1.1.2 Fill in all the blanks and click “Sign Up” to finish the registration, you will log in
automatically

4.1.2 If you already had FLYINSONO account


Put in account and password, then click “login” to get into the software
4.2 How to add new device
4.2.1 Click headshot then click “add device”

4.2.2 Fill in the blanks accordingly, then click “Submit”, the device can be added to the current
account successfully.
4.3 Remote Diagnosis
4.3.1 Upload the image/video from ultrasound system by the defined extended key
4.3.2 Select “Diagnosis” tab > the target patient > “Report” button

4.3.3 Select the report template


The default template is “General” with certain pattern, if you want to have customized
template, refer to chapter 4.4 regarding how to design your own templates.

4.3.4 Fill in the blanks for the patient’s basic information.


4.3.5 Double click to view ultrasound images of the patient

4.3.6 Read the image, do some measurement via measurement tool if necessary, close this
window after reading the image.
4.3.7 Select the image area, pick the images that you plan to show on the report

4.3.8 Fill in the blanks for ultrasound description and comments, click terms to have some
diagnosis terms might facilitate the editing.
4.3.9 Preview, print, save or submit the report.

To save the report and only you can check in the future

To export the report to local file folder, could be in .pdf


or .jpeg format

To submit the report to cloud side


4.3.10 Once submitted the report, the report can be viewed in “Finished” list

4.3.11 Report links can be copied and sent to patient


4.4 Report template design
4.4.1 Select “Tool” tab > Report Template Design

4.4.2 Use different items to design the template


Item Definition
To select a ready template then you can modify

Group Add a group of elements to form a section
Element To add a certain type of element

4.4.3 Click heading button and tick the items you want to show on the report, modify
further if necessary.
4.4.4 Click Patient Info button and tick the items you want to show on the report, modify
further if necessary.
If items in different lines need to be aligned, adding some spaces might help.
4.4.5 Click other groups and add necessary information in the report
4.4.6 The item attribute would be shown on the right side once being selected. Modify the
parameters if necessary.
4.4.7 Save the templates if the design is finished or temporarily finished.

4.4.8 The saved template would show in template list of report edit page
4.5 Training
4.5.1 How to view live courses (as the student)
4.5.1.1 Click “Training” tab > “Active Courses” tab

4.5.1.2 View course details and click “Sign Up” if you are interested in the course

4.5.1.3 The course would be moved to “My courses” list


4.5.1.4 Click “Enter Course” to enter the course

4.5.1.5 You can check all the channels that the teacher presented, input questions or doubts
in the discussion section.
4.5.2 How to view video playback
Click “Training” tab > “Video Playback” tab > Select the target video > Play the video

4.5.3 How to give a course (as a teacher)


4.5.3.1 Apply the course

4.5.3.2 Ask VINNO staff to approve the course


4.5.3.3 “Promote” is to get web link for the course, by which attendees can visit the course
by browser;
“Assistant” to set a user as teacher assistant, the assistant can record the course, the
publish the announcement, can forbid some attendees to text message in discussion
4.5.3.3 Start the course
4.5.3.4 Do setting for audio, camera, ultrasound system if necessary

4.5.3.7 Click “Start” to start the live streaming so attendees can watch it
4.5.3.8 Click “Screen Share” to show contents within four blue corners for the attendees
4.5.3.9 “Edit announcement” is to publish announcement, and it can be stick top for attendees
4.6 Remote Maintenance
4.6.1 Select Tool>Remote Maintenance
Remarks: Only authorized users can get access to remote maintenance feature. Please contact
Vinno service team for authorization.

4.6.2 Select target ultrasound system and connect


Simultaneously, the ultrasound system screen would show which user it connects to

4.6.3 Push updates


Push updates > Select target patch > OK
Patch pushing progress would be shown both sides and both sides can cancel the current
operation.
4.6.4 Remote control
In the remote control window, users can check the live streaming on the left side and do
remote control on the right side.

4.6.5 Get log


Get log > Select time range > Confirm
Log getting progress would be shown both sides and both sides can cancel the current
operation.

4.6.6 System setting


4.6.6.1 Installed features can be checked in remote system setting

4.6.6.2 License key can be input in remote system setting, once applied, ultrasound system
would restart automatically and new feature come into effect

4.6.6.3 DICOM file format and compress mode can be set remotely
4.6.7 Printer setting
Printer driver can be installed remotely
