The first step in expanded data processing is origination as a source my example for the

data is about food cooking recipe.

`First my origination is from a recipe book or other reference or called source document .

`Second is the input where I’ll buy/collect or harvest the ingredients or such the raw

materials .

`Third is the storage its up to you when you’ll use it now or next time / put in the fridge or

skip and proceed to processing .

`Fourth is processing in this phase the raw materials/ingredients are modified and

combined to produce some useful sources or in this phase where the cooking process

happened.

`Fifth is the output the outcomes of the previous process steps are collected / and ready

to serve or to eat.

`Sixth is the distribution this is the reporting document/or served food and being eaten.

(1) Power Supply Unit (PSU) Converting electric current from a source to the proper

voltage, current, and frequency to power the load is the primary purpose of a power

supply. Either AC to DC or DC to DC is possible. As a result, power supplies are

occasionally thought of as electric power converters.

(2) Central Processing Unit (CPU) is considered ass the brain of the computer. CPU

performs all types of data processing operations. It stores data , intermediate results ,
and instructions (program). It controls the operation of all parts of the computer.

(3) Random Access Memory (RAM) is used to store information that needs to be used

quickly. This means that opening many programs, running various processes or

accessing multiple files simultaneously is likely to use a lot of RAM.

(4) Video Card also called Graphics Card , integrated circuit that generates the video

signal sent to a computer display . The card is usually located on the computer

motherboard or is a separate circuit board but is sometimes built into the computer

display unit.

(5) Hard Drive , they can store operating systems, software programs and other files

using magnetic disks. More specifically, hard disk drives control the reading and writing

of the hard disk that provides data storage.HDD’s are used either as the primary or

secondary storage device in a computer
