    Dear Sir,

    I am writing this letter to inform you that during the 2 nd day of the Career and
    Professional Development Workshop, I was unable to finish the meeting due to my
    health condition. I left the meeting at around 7:30 pm or 8:00 pm, for the reason that I
    need to eat early so that I can take my medicines, because I have an ulcer and high
    acidity. I am very sorry for missing this important meeting.

    I would like to ask that you take my reluctance to attend the Career and Professional
    Development Workshop into consideration.

    This letter served as a warning as well, reminding me that I must fulfill all the
    prerequisites before I can receive my diploma. I was made aware of all the
    repercussions for failing to adhere to, attend, or fulfill the course requirements.

    This sort of conduct won't happen again.
