    Sir:

    Greetings!

    This is to humbly apologize for the late filing and submission of my application for my
    graduation due to the financial constraints brought by the pandemic.

    Further, due to COVID 19 protocols, I encountered limitations in terms of physically


    requesting my pertinent documents and the processing of my PRC cases which is one of
    the requirements for graduation.

    I hope that this letter will justify my situation and my sincere desire to graduate.
