Further to your application for admission to this University. I am pleased to inform you that you have been
admitted for the BACHELOR OF EDUCATION SCIENCE .
You are required to report at The Presbyterian University of East Africa, Kikuyu on Monday 6th to
Wednesday 8th, September 2021.

You are advised to present the following documents personally on the reporting date.
1.               Four (4) current passport size photos
2.               Original and a photocopy of National Identity Card
3.               Original and a photocopy of Birth Certificate
4.               Original and a photocopy of KCPE Certificate
5.               Original and a photocopy of KCSE Results Slip or Certificate
6.               Photocopy of your parent’s or guardian’s National Identity Card
7.               A duly completed and signed Medical Examination Form by an accredited hospital
8.               A duly signed Reference Letter from either: Religious Leader, Former Secondary School
Teacher, Employer or somebody who knows you personally but not related to you.
In addition, find enclosed the University fees structure to guide you on fee payment. All fees should be
deposited in the below University bank account.

You are expected to come with the bank deposit slip to the University Accounts office during  the 
registration.

The accommodation is available in the University hostels on a first come, first served basis. However,
alternative accommodation is available in the University neighborhoods at negotiated  rates. Due to the cold 
weather of Thogoto, you are advised to carry warm clothing and the following personal effects: bed sheets,
pillow cases, blankets, mosquito net, bucket etc.
