ADMISSION FOR UNDER-GRADUATE PROGRAMME, IN THE 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR


Following your application for admission, I am pleased to offer you a place at Kenya Methodist
University, Main Campus to pursue Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the School of Medicine &
Health Sciences.

The reporting date is 3rd September 2021. You will be required to bring your originals and copies
of KCSE Certificate/ result slip, National Identity Card/Birth Certificate/Passport, and 2 Passport Size
Photos. Please download detailed joining instructions KEMU/REG/1, KEMU/REG/2, KEMU/REG/3,
KEMU/REG/4 KEMU/REG/5 from Kenya Methodist University website. Duly completed forms should
be submitted to the Registrar`s office during registration day.

All Tuition fees should be paid directly to the following account number:Kenya Commercial Bank -
A/C Number: 1198953438 in any Branch country-wide. You will be required to submit Banking
slips/Bankers Cheque indicating the amount of money paid. Cash, personal or institutional cheques are
not acceptable. Please note that all the Semester fees must be paid on or before registration.

Kenya Methodist University has three Campuses: Main campus (Meru), Nairobi campus and Mombasa
campus. Students may request to change to any of these campuses where applicable.

HELB Loan application for the 2021/2022 Academic Year will be done on-line. Guidelines on how to
apply can be downloaded from HELB Website (www.helb.co.ke)

Note:
1. All students are required to apply for KCB Smart Card upon arrival at the University which will be
used for helb loan disbursement.
2. All the students will be required to have an NHIF card before they are registered.
3. All the students will be required to have a laptop.
