RE: OFFER OF ADMISSION TO BACHELOR DEGREE PROGRAMME FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/2023

We are delighted to inform you that you are successfully admitted into Bachelor of Business Administration, a 3 years Course at
the Catholic University College of Mbeya (CUCoM), a Constituent College of St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT), starting
from 2022/2023 Academic year.

You are hereby required to report at CUCoM - MBEYA Campus from 17th Oct, 2022 to 28th Oct, 2022 starting at 09:00 am. Upon
reporting, you are obliged to REGISTER into the specified programme after producing evidence that you have fulfilled the following:

1. Payment of Tuition Fees and Direct University costs as per Fee Structure instructions. Payment of tuition fee can be made in
installments or paid in full for the whole academic year. The remaining costs must be paid in full before registration
(see the attached fee structure).
2. Submitting Original copies of academic Certificates, Result Slips and Transcripts (Olevel, Alevel and Equivalent
programmes such as certificate, diploma and foundation programme) and Original Birth Certificate. Note that photocopies,
downloaded Internet results, faxes, affidavits and certified results are NOT acceptable.
3. Payment of Health Insurance fee. Members of the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) or any other health insurance
schemes shall be required to present their membership cards during registration.
4. Attaching your current four (4) stamp size photographs.

Lectures will commence on 02nd Nov, 2022 . Any late registration is liable to a penalty of TZS. 100,000/= (One hundred thousand
only). All students who are under employment are advised to settle their release from their employers before reporting at CUCoM-
MBEYA. Students interested in staying at CUCoM Hostels can pay the accommodation fee as soon as possible (see the attached
document). Please, find attached herewith joining instruction document.

It should be noted that certificates obtained from foreign institutions of higher learning shall be subject to recognition by the
Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU). For more details please visit TCU website through www.tcu.go.tz.
