Registration and orientation of new students will commence on the the dates to be advised while lectures are set to begin on the the
dates to be advised. You will only be allowed to attend classes and to have access to university facilities once you have completed
registration procedures. You are also advised to bring with you a laptop for use in online learning and accessing e-library resources.

Verification of your certificates shall be carried out to determine your suitability to enroll for this programme before you can be
registered as a student. In this regard, you are required to bring original and certified copies of your national identity document, birth
certificate, 'O' and 'A' level certificates or a statement of results (where applicable) as well as a copy of your acceptance letter for
verification.

The University has very limited accommodation which is allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis upon payment of full fees.
Accordingly, those offered accommodation are required to pay accommodation fees. The university does not provide bedding material
and utensils for use in student hostels hence you are supposed to bring your own. Students can purchase meals from the University
canteens.

Please note that this offer of admission is provisional and the University reserves the right to withdraw the offer if you fail to meet the
conditions set out in this letter.
