Mode of payment for tuition fees:

The tuition fees can be paid per semester as follows:

i. If full payment is made before the commencement of the course, a discount of 5% will be
awarded on tuition fee only.
ii. If payment is made in instalments, the following instalment plan shall apply:
a. 1st Instalment: 70% of the tuition fees plus an administration charge of K500.00
b. 2ndand final Instalment: 30% of the tuition fees after one month

Also note that once the fees are paid, they should be utilized or claimed for a refund within a
period of 6 years from the last date of enrolment. Notice for withdraw from any course should be
made in writing within 14 days after course commencement. All refunds are subject to a
processing fee of 20% and are payable at the end of every semester on completion of a refund
claim form. All refunds are payable to sponsors only notwithstanding any communication from
the sponsor to the contrary. The refunds shall be made in local currency or the equivalent at
translation for international payments. All fees paid and not utilized within a period of 6 years
shall be forfeited to the Centre without notice. This note on refunds and forfeiture shall also be
shown on the face of the invoice at billing.

The cost of the room must be paid in full before a room is allocated to the student. Note that
rooms are given on a first come first serve basis and room charges do not include meals.

No cash payments will be accepted, payments can be deposited at any Indo Bank Branch. The
