Further to your application and submission of documents, the LIUTEBM School of International Programs offers
you admission to the 3 Year Doctor of Philosophy Program in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION in the academic
session September 2023 to August 2026 subject to the following:

- This acceptance letter is issued based upon the submission of the application form for admission,
educational documents, a CV and ID proof by the candidate. It is understood that the eligibility
qualifications are obtained by the applicant from a formally recognized institution/university.

o Additional Documents to be submitted: NA

- Application Fee of US$100. has been exempted for the applicants from the African region.
- The Program Fee for the PhD-Guided Research program is US$9500. The LIUTEBM-SoIP is pleased
to grant you a 50% Scholarship in the Program Fee. Therefore, the subsidized effective Program Fee
of US$4750. (US Dollars Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty) only will be payable by you.
- You will bear the entire cost of your university visit on your own. The program fee doesn’t include
the cost involved in the university excursion.
- You will pay the 1st part (50%) of your subsidized Program Fee of US$2375. (US Dollars Two
Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Five) in the following official Bank account on or before
September 15, 2023. (The 2nd part will be payable after 1 year i.e., in October 2024.)

Enrolment with a Student Number issued by the University. This Acceptance Letter is valid only for the September
2023 intake. The fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
