    Topic of discussion- Scientific management

    1. Tanmoy Shikder :- Establish fair levels of performance and pay a premium


    for higher performance.
    Strong points- Good body language, Creative and team player.
    Weak points- Doesn’t make eye contact, Insecure.
    2. Jonayed Shibly :- Interest of employer & employees should be fully harmonized
    to secure mutually understanding relations between them.
    Strong points- Makes good eye contact, Organization skills and Brave.
    Weak points- Doesn’t have dominative voice, Not resourceful.
    3. Tahsinul Alam Chowdhury :- Study the jobs are performed & find new ways to
    do them
    Strong points- Has a good accent, Leadership skills and Negotiation skills.
    Weak points- Doesn’t have dominative voice, Not flexible.
    4. Aimanul Hoque Chowdhury :- Teach, train and develop the workman with
    improved methods of doing work.
    Strong points- Has a Good dominating voice, Disciplined and Enthusiastic.
    Weak points- Doesn’t make eye contact, Impatient.
    5. Sadiq Ahmed Piyal :- Increase production by using modern technologies &
    machines.
    Strong point’s- Detail-oriented, Hard working and Writing skills.
    Weak point’s- Too detail Oriented, Shy and Procrastination.
