RENK offers a wide range of service levels, perfectly matching the requirements of
each individual test system.
More than 25 years of experience in servicing test systems makes RENK a perfect
partner for your system maintenance.
Customers can select from individual service-levels based on our Service Support
Contract SSC (Technical Support, Inspection and Maintenance).

Documentation

We issue operating instructions according to EN 62079, analyses and assessment of risks, as


well as documentation and training documents adapted to your requirements.

Commissioning
The support of our service-team starts with the startup and commissioning
of your system at our site and continues after installation and com-
missioning at your site.

Training
Instruction and training of your maintenance and
service personnel are essential parts of our
test rig delivery contracts.

Procurement of Spare Parts


In order to minimize down-times and to ensure prompt procurement of spares-parts,,
we supply a proposal for recommended spare parts prior to commissioning the test
stand at your facility. These spare parts can be purchased by the customer and inven-

toried or we can keep the spare parts at our facility upon customer request.
Calibration
Required calibration checks can be carried out on a regularly bases by RENK, or by our customers
maintenance/calibration personnel. Necessary equipment to calibrate without removing the sen-
sors can be supplied upon request.

Metrological Services / Condition Management


Our experts will be available for metrological analysis, extended
condition monitoring, laser alignment, vibration supervisi-
on and for any question arising in terms of measu-
ring technology.
