Cleaning agents

Cleaning agents generally used in firms, steam cleaning equipment, in-house cleaning appliances.
Acetone ca. 5 litre (acetone must be available!).Cleaning cloths, brushes, buckets, scrapers,
scotch bright 3m, etc.

Cleaning agents are required in large amounts. It must be assured that cleaning
agents and cloths are always available in sufficient quantity.

Measuring instruments

Dial gauges with magnetic stand ca. 2 pieces

Remarks
In agreement with the customer, MAAG prefer to bring measuring instruments,
calibrated and in the right size on site.

Auxiliary devices for planet axels (studs)

Threaded rods 2 pieces (approx. 1 m long) M 12 and 8 nuts each with washers.
Threaded rods 2 pieces (approx. 1 m long) M 16 and 8 nuts each with washers.
Threaded rods 2 pieces (approx. 1 m long) M 20 and 8 nuts each with washers.
Threaded rods 2 pieces (approx. 1 m long) M 24 and 8 nuts each with washers.
Square-section tubing (approx. 3 m long), Dimensions will be determined on dismantling and
recorded.
Remarks
The final dimensions must be determined / recorded during the overhaul.

Miscellaneous

2 working benches should be set up near the gear reducer. One of the working benches must be
equipped with a vice, the other one with a chest of drawers that can be locked.
For storing and sorting various screws, approx. 25 boxes are needed.
Vehicles must be available to transport individual gear reducer parts.
The RENK – MAAG Service Engineer shall have a lockable office with table and chairs.
