INTRODUCTION

Politician is a professional who participates and has a say in how a government is run.
Politicians can work on a local, state or national level and are either elected into office or
appointed by a leader who is in office. The primary duty of a politician is to propose, vote on
and enact laws and policies that will determine how a government functions

The art and practise of establishing politicians relations between nations and
international organisations through negotiation, mediation, and negotiation in order to
accomplish shared objectives. Everything that is politician is connected to the actions that
politician perform in the name of politics.

Politicians are people who are politically active, especially in party politics. Political
positions range from local governments to state governments to federal governments to
international governments.[1][2] All government leaders are considered politicians.

Additionally, diplomats are crucial in preserving international ties and enhancing

international collaboration in a variety of areas, including the economics, politics, culture,
and security. They are also entrusted with keeping tabs on and informing their respective
governments of the most recent events in the nations they represent.

They are politicians who rule the government sector until retirement. Next, are the
"political careerists". These are politicians who gain a reputation for expertise in ruling
certain levels of government such as International Governments, Federal Governments, State
Governments and Local Governments, then leave politics and start a new business venture
making use of their political contacts.

Politician can mean someone who identifies with a major political party. Sometimes
voters prefer to elect candidates who aren't career politicians, with more allegiance to the
party they represent than the people they serve. A general frustration with politicians has
resulted in the use of politician to refer to people who act to gain an advantage for themselves
BACKGROUND

The Politicians career is one of the oldest and most respected professions in the world.
Politicians can be defined as the art and practice of conducting negotiations between
representatives of different states or groups. Politicians work to build and maintain
relationships between countries, resolve conflicts, and represent their government's interests
and policies on a global stage.

The history of politicians can be traced back to ancient times, where emissaries were sent
between different empires and city-states to negotiate peace or trade agreements. Over time,
the role of politicans became more formalized where takes place in the framework of a
federal representative democratic constitutional monarchy, in which the Yang di-Pertuan
Agong is head of state and the Prime Minister of Malaysia is the head of government.
Executive power is exercised by the federal government and the 13 state governments.

Today, Politicians organize their daily responsibilities depending on the level of government
they work with. A local politician will likely spend more time face-to-face with community
members solving local issues than a national politician who spends time traveling to different
states campaigning and meeting with community leaders.

To become a politicans, individuals typically need to have a strong academic background,

including a degree in international relations, law, or a related field. They may also need to
pass a competitive exam and go through extensive training and language proficiency tests.
Politicians are expected to possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
skills, as well as a deep understanding of international law and politics.
NATURE OF THE WORK POLITICIANS IN MALAYSIA

Politicians organize their daily responsibilities depending on the level of government they
work with. A local politician will likely spend more time face-to-face with community
members solving local issues than a national politician who spends time traveling to different
states campaigning and meeting with community leaders. Politicians at any level will
generally have a combination of these duties and tasks:

A politician is a person who has political power in the government of a state, a person
active in party politics, or a person holding or seeking an elected office in government. Once
elected, the politician has to deal with government officers and government employees
working for them. Historically, there has been a subtle conflict between the long-term goals
of each side.

Politicians will be relating to the state, government, the body politic, public
administration, policy-making, etc. Politicians also involved in, or relating to government
policy-making as distinguished from administration or law. Other than that, politicians
relating to the civil aspects of government as distinguished from the military.

Politicians are known for their rhetoric, as in speeches or campaign advertisements. They
are especially known for using common themes that allow them to develop their political
positions in terms familiar to the voters[inconsistent]. Politicians of necessity become expert
users of the media. Politicians in the 19th century made heavy use of newspapers, magazines,
and pamphlets, as well as posters. In the 20th century, they branched into radio and
television, making television commercials the single most expensive part of an election
campaign. In the 21st century, they have become increasingly involved with the social media
based on the Internet and smartphones.

A. QUALIFICATION TO BE DIPLOMATIC
1. Get a bachelor's degree
While there is no higher-education requirement to become a politician, most
successful politicians hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Common areas of study
for future politicians include political science, economics, business, international
relations or another related field. Some politicians choose to complete law or business
school in addition to obtaining a bachelor's degree. Having a bachelor's degree or
higher is especially helpful for those who wish to pursue a career as a politician on the
state or federal level.
2. Get involved in local politics and causes
Most politicians get their start at the lowest level of community politics and
involvement. This will also provide you with a useful experience that you can add to
your political resume. Common ways to get involved in your local initiatives include
volunteering for a local campaign or committee, sitting on local boards and joining a
chapter of your chosen political party. Becoming an active member of your local
political affairs can help you get noticed by politicians and establish your passion and
willingness to put forth time and effort for the great good of society.
3. Network with local political leaders
Forming relationships with political members in your area can help you learn the ins
and outs of a political career and gain support for your own political aspirations. You
can also use these relationships to gain insight as to how a successful politician acts
and how they go about earning respect and confidence from the community.
4. Start campaigning
Many politicians begin their careers at the local level and work their way up to state
and federal levels. You should focus on building support as a local politician before
attempting to run for higher-level political positions. Choose a local political position
that interests you and begin campaigning for it. For example, you could run for a
position as a town council member or become part of a school
5. Run your campaign
After putting in the time and effort required to plan an honest and effective campaign,
you will need to successfully run that campaign to become elected as a politician.
Running a campaign can include making speeches, getting your platform seen by as
many voters as possible and other initiatives to make your intentions as a politician
known. If your campaign is successful, you will be elected into office as a politician.
