1. In your own opinion, what is the meaning of “Selection”?

5. John had recently received an email regarding his interview from ABC Company. He prepared
everything as much as he could, from reviewing possible interview questions and answers,
grooming himself properly, practicing professional manners and gestures, and buying the most
suitable business attire he could find. When he arrived at the interview venue/office, he
became a lot more nervous. There were a group of interviewers in front of him, rather than just
one. What do you think is the type of interview he has to conform to? How do you define this
type of interview?

"What did you do when you had a boss you didn't get along with?"

"What would you do if a colleague took credit for your idea, and got a promotion?"

"Was the stress of your previous job too much for you?"

"What would you do if a colleague admitted to lying on their resume to get the job?"

officially become part of a company. If a company will only choose one among the two as their

between the two and why?

15. Jena is an employer who had a job hiring last month, 7 out of 10 applicants have already
passed the first three steps and are now subjected to the last step which is the Pre-employment
medical examination. When the result came, it revealed that 2 of them have failed this process
and these are the best candidates for this job. If you were Jena, what would you do to these
two applicants, would you still hire them or not?
