HAT Analytics products streamline the vessels’ machinery
CM program, diminishing the need for physical surveys, and
substituting the requirement for vibration analysis by onshore
specialists.
A powerful diagnostics algorithm, embedded
in our handheld systems, specially
designed for vessels rotating
equipment condition evaluation,
automatically analyzes the vibration
data. The algorithm detects potential
problems and their severity level,
and advises operators regarding
the required proactive maintenance
activity, to avoid failures and improve
reliability.

Beyond Condition Monitoring:

Vessel local structural and
comfort level vibration
The Ad|Vi|Se system sensor is designed
based on Micro Electro-Mechanical
System (MEMS) technology. MEMS sensitivity
characteristics, allow the evaluation of very low-frequency
motions, such as the vessel’s local structural vibrations, which are
related to fatigue damage and the vessel’s Comfort Level.
The Ad|Vi|Se Sense software module combines vessel design
specs, propulsion scheme, and sailing conditions, and evaluates
the local structural and comfort level vibration. User-selected
evaluation criteria (ISO or Class) are running in the background
and the Ad|Vi|Se Sense algorithm automatically produces reports
including source detection, in case the measured levels exceed
the required criteria.

Ad|Vi|Se CM dashboard
The Ad|Vi|Se CM dashboard combines equipment CM
reports uploaded from vessels’ systems and provides
actionable data relating to fleet equipment performance
and reliability. The dashboard includes several metrics
from fleet level down to equipment level, CM history
reports, vibration level trends, users customize equipment
condition alert notifications and fleet

HAT API and ERP

systems
HAT Analytics server runs API services, to
share vessels’ equipment CM reports with clients’
ERP systems. The integrated, on ERP, CM information
triggers or reschedules planned maintenance actions
based on machinery real condition.

The quality of the collected data is of high importance. HAT
Analytics server runs several automated rules on data, to ensure
that the received information is based on correct measurements
and the analysis is based on high quality inputs.
Precise baselines & data training
In the heart of our solutions there is AdInsights, a cloud-based
archives-processing engine. Uploaded files from vessels’ devices
constantly populate the AdInsights data pool. Machinery limiting
values and baselines are continuously trained & updated based on
historic data and vessel feedback about O/H and repairs.

a Service (DaaS) scheme. Hardware, software, dashboards, and
support services are combined into one contract with a single
annual subscription fee per vessel.
