properly while given proper training and tools. Since they can receive a good level of pay it may
motivate them to work harder and to earn their paycheck. This could lead to them feeling more job
satisfaction due to them working hard and they may even aim to get a promotion in the company. Since
the employees are more motivated this can lead to them giving better customer service and could lead
to a more loyal customer base due to the services. Gym Shark can also afford to expand their range of
products and may even be able to release a cheaper range more suited for customers who might not be
able to afford the more luxury products they offer. This could lead to an influx of newer customers as
they might want to get the new products which could lead to an increase in sales and revenue.

Another side that benefits from Gym Sharks continued success would be the suppliers, as if they would
get more orders from Gym Shark, due to the success of the business. Suppliers may also benefit as Gym
Shark may want to set up multiterm or multiyear deals with the suppliers for new product ranges and
this would benefit the suppliers as they would receive payments on time and also have regular orders
from Gym Shark. This would create a good relationship between Gym Shark and their suppliers.

In conclusion, I believe that Gym Sharks stakeholders would benefit greatly as their success continues, as
due to their success employees would get paid better which would affect customers as employees
would be more motivated to provide better customer service, which might make customers more willing
to be loyal to Gym Shark and might make them buy from there again. This would also affect suppliers as
Gym Shark would be able to pay suppliers on time and with the right amount due to their success.
