stages. ● ● ● ● ● Connect: Data Cloud starts by
connecting all your data, with built-in connectors to bring
data from any source. Driving much of this is MuleSoft.
Companies can connect data across their entire
enterprise, including legacy apps and solutions.
Harmonize: Once your data is connected, Data Cloud
harmonizes all of these data streams to create a real-time
customer graph for every individual at scale, which
includes all interactions with your business. The graph
evolves as the data does. And privacy, consent, and

harnesses the help of Einstein to train your customer data
on generative AI models. We’ve built our own framework
specifically for Customer 360 so you can surface
