 Safety:
The employee must wear a hard hat, appropriate eyewear, and the
necessary tools to protect himself/herself.
a) If this policy is not followed, the employee will be asked to put on the
necessary safety measures.
b) This policy is important for the company to protect its employees.

 Three-day rule:
It is allowed to be absent three days a month.
a) If this rule is not complied with, the employee will be dismissed.
b) This policy is important for the company to give discipline to the
employees and not to allow absences.

 Dress code:
the uniform it is mandatory to wear yellow company t-shirt, jeans pants
and appropriate shoes (steel toe).
a) A punishment would be a verbal warning.

 Device use:
It is not allowed to use cell phones or devices during working hours.

 Schedule:
For two weeks, starting at 6:00 a.m. and leaving at 5:00 p.m., having
three days off, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
